A little subtle extension for the spine + retraction of the shoulder blades + opening up across the chest feels GREAT. This is because it’s just the thing that so many of us need (especially if we spend a lot of time sitting at a desk in front of a computer - modern life, right?) I’m a little obsessed with training the muscles known as the posterior chain (a.k.a. the muscles on the back of the body: legs, glutes, back). There’s a good reason why - they are crucial for standing taller, running faster, jumping higher, helping to create balance and so much more.
