Trošku #physiqueupdate než si spolu budeme na livestreamu povídat o nadcházející dietce, kterou začínám od pondělí 😊
Od května do září jsem byla na udržovacím příjmu, kdy jsem defacto nic nepřibrala, příjem byl lehce pod 2000kcal. V objemu jsem cca 5 měsíců, za tu dobu jsem přibrala 6kg na váze, samozřejmě tuk, nějaká voda a doufám i svaly 💪příjem jsem měla celou dobu 5x týdně 2200kcal, 2x týdně 1940kcal🍗
5x týdně trénink, u kterých se postupně zvyšovala náročnost, já se samozřejmě pokoušela zvedat váhy u většiny cviků a prostě fakt makat, aby to jídlo a energie šla na správná místa 😎
Ze svého pohledu mi nejvíce narostla a zároveň rozšířila záda a taky zadek 😁🍑
Zároveň k tomu mi tak narostl pěkný pupíček a madla lásky 😂ale rozhodně bych o sobě neřekla, že jsem tlustý prase apod. jak často čtu tady na instagramu u některých slečen, které mají deprese, protože přes Vánoce nejedly jen tilápii s rýží a mají kvůli tomu oteklý nosánek 🙊tam bude problém spíš jinde 🧠💭
No a jak jsme napsala, od příštího týdne jdu zase po roce do deficitního příjmu (zatím nevím kolik kcal budu mít) a o tom jak to bude všechno Vám povím kdyžtak v tom livestreamu, doufám, že to bude fungovat 😂
No a proč to všechno dělám? Proč jsem DOBROVOLNĚ nabírala a - chcete-li - tloustla, když se teď zase “budu trápit” na dietě 😁? Protože jsem se chtěla posunout dát, vypadat lépe, jako chce většina z nás. Svaly prostě bez vyššího příjmu nenarostou🙂Takže jsem zvědavá jak to bude vypadat. Musím doufat, že mi ty svaly co nejvíce zůstanou a že ten průběh  dietky nebude nějak moc nepříjemný. Ale nijak zvlášť se tím nestresuji, už vím co mě čeká, co jíst a jak se zachovat, když případně přijde nějaká krize 🤪No a více o průběhu tedy v livestreamu - který bude s největší pravděpodobností v neděli večer😋

When we say let's finish with some light #deadlifts but still end up putting 225lbs on the bar lol 😏 To be honest though it did feel light as I was able to get in 15 reps, without my lifting straps or belt 😀 So of course we went up to 275lbs on the next set so much for not going heavy 🤷‍♂️ lol 😅

Setting up an effective training schedule is one of the hardest pieces for new lifters to get a handle on. 
@jmaxfitness breaks it down nicely here: "Your training split is dictated by how many days per week you can train (and how long you've been training).

3 DAYS PER WEEK. If you can only get into the gym 3-days per week, then stick to a full body program. Use big, compound lifts and aim to get stronger in these lifts. This is ideal for busy guys or beginners (full body workouts work for everyone by the way).

Straight Arm Pulldown:
This exercise is su-friggin-perb (superb😏) for isolating the lats. It’s very common for people to feel this exercise more in their triceps—and being that your triceps are a much smaller and generally weaker muscle, having too much of your triceps taking over can take away from working your lats efficiently. My #1 tip for avoiding this is to have a slight bend in the elbows and keep that SAME bend the whole way through. When you change the bend in your elbows, you’re going to be using your triceps. A lot of people will use a bar attachment but I prefer the rope 🙂
