Today I am venturing out to work for half a day... I’ve been back a couple of days during my maternity leave, but only for a few hours. Today will be half a day of work - and I’m guessing it will require a lot of mental focus (heaven help me). I don’t go back to work more full time for another 7 weeks or so... so today will be a test run for me!! So weird packing my lunch for a day away today AND getting Obie ready to spend the day with his Aunty A (@fitsisterproject) today (thank you so much Liss 💋). The last few nights with the little man have been difficult with frequent waking (every hour to 2 hours) with a 5.30 wake up for a bottle today - I think I will be having ALOT of coffee!! I think I will have to be super organised to smash this Maxines Challenge when I’m back at work!!
Ha ha this was me yesterday... I manage shipping, receiving, and fulfillment departments at work. I had been working from home during cancer treatments and this is my first week back. I did a lot of lurking/observing yesterday. 🙈🙉🙊

I had to FIGHT 👊🏼 it out this morning cause I’m not feeling this. I am faking it till I make it. I’ve really been forced to SLOW down. I’m trying but LORT....🙏🏼 I’ve taken about as much as a woman can stand already!
So I’m living for my every other day workouts- I’ve figured out that if I enjoy pain free knees and healing, 🙄 I need to save them up and not EFF them up 🙌🏼 so I can participate in PT when I can bare weight on my foot in a couple weeks.
This mornings workout?? CAUSE I’M HELLA PISSED - Mixed Martial Arts- Yep - that video to come later. It felt AMAZING to punch AND kick thru it cause otherwise I’d cry!
