As you may know - our spine is always under pressure. Especially if you are triathlete and spend 4 and more hours on bike per week.
Usually I do this session 2-3 times per week directly after awakening.

Не могу начать основную тренировку не растянув спину.

Remember, the main concern with bodybuilding training is not how much weight you can lift but how the weight is lifted.
Using proper exercise performance to increase muscular contraction in your exercises activates more muscle fibers than normally possible, leading to far more muscle exhaustion. More muscle exhaustion equals a greater response from your body to rebuild your muscles from the micro damage that occurred during exercise.

Then next time you are working out try to pay more attention to these slow eccentric  contractions and feel the difference.

I used to HATE wearing tank tops. Any type of sleeveless shirt made me really self conscious. I'm tall for a girl, a little over 5'9, and my arms have always been really skinny. Tall girl, zero upper body muscle, skin and bones, long lanky arms. I didn't like the way that I looked at all. So now, being able to feel confident in a tank top means a lot. I love going to the gym in muscle tanks and tank tops. And I know some people think "they're showing off and they just like to look at themselves". And you know what, yeah, my muscles make me feel confident and beautiful. And I'm okay with showing off what makes me happy and what I've worked hard for (and still working hard to meet my goals every day) because I didn't always have it and it sure as heck didn't come easy. 💪🏼 •

Back session tonight- symmetry is key and definitely a nice v-taper to make your waist look smaller, however how big the taper is to your taste. Whatever your weak-point is- width or thickness; start with those exercises first. Mine is thickness as I do 3 rowing exercises first, then 3 pulldowns variations or add pull-ups for one occasionally. When I want to work on width I just start other way round. Finish off with choice of rack pulls/ dead’s or back extensions.  The advanced lifters we will add pullover variations, shrugs & biceps even. There’s no such thing as over training but there is under resting and under eating so balance it out so you can grow and get stronger. For beginners 2 pulling & 2 rowing with 1 choice of lower back movement is sufficient. It’s all about mind muscle connection, intensity with quality form. I seen guys pull the most ridiculous weights in horrible form from cable movements to deadlifts and the have a back of a librarian. If you wanna bit of that 🦍 you will need to learn to pull as heavy as you can with the best quality you can. Give it a try ✌️. 3-4 working sets on each exercise, increase weights each set, reps will decrease.
