Although trying to let go of macros pre holiday, it took a holiday for me to really feel like I could! I think it's important everyone who "tracks" can do this. 🙏 AND THANK GOD! 😉 I will weigh certain foods and track some days where I can now, but not everyday, and that's an order! 😉 Sitting around 2500 cals with around 45/50% carbs & 30% fats. Personally a higher fat or a higher carb diet doesn't work for me as well, I need a good mix up of both, especially fats! I still love looking at the comparisons of meals and how toppings/dressing can TOTALLY change the nutritional make up of a meal! ☀️
Top: 1/2 bagel with almond butter, strawbs, chia & sugar free syrup
Bottom: 1/2 bagel with almond butter (doubled), banana, raisins, seeds & honey
