This is one of the environmental mockups I did to see how well the logo lives in the environment. In this case, this is a picture of people at an outdoor screening, with the logo preceding the evening's showing.
This is a photograph of the envelopes with the letterheads inside. I chose a particularly transparent paper material for the envelopes so that the pattern on the back of the letterhead shows through.
I wanted to ensure that the strength of the identity is displayed where appropriate and this seemed a great opportunity.
Ey Up Dude is part of the ‘secret language of surfers’ project. Celebrating colloquialism, localism, identity and impact of American surf culture on the east coast (Yorkshire & Lincolnshire). This is the title graphic and the rest off the set is currently drying in the printing room.
We were also very impressed by @csmgraphics BA show. Some of the tutors said that for this degree show they went for a different direction than previous years, and spend a lot of time editing final outcomes. We love this idea, because degree shows are often quite hard to digest with so many strong projects to take in at once. Seeing more polished work really helped experience the whole show much more easily. And still, the voice of each designer really cane through. We missed the name of the designer in the photo, an interesting research project about "nothing", please tag them if you know who we're talking about. #csm#centralsaintmartins#degreeshow2017#graduates2017#graduateshows#bagraphicdesign#graphicdesign#kingscross#granarysquare#london#designschool
