Lemon and raspberry baked oats this morning for breakfast. 2 syns for the cooked berries (I think) Tried a bit last night and they didn't have much flavour so had to add a side dip of Nutella for 1.5 syns. Apple and Pear Baked Oats 🌬 ⠀
Perfect for a cold morning 🙌🏻⠀
100g pears, 100g apples, 1 tsp cinnamon ⠀
Chop the fruit, add the cinnamon and simmer in a pan for 15 minutes.⠀
Mix 20g oats and 10g protein powder (or 30g oats), 50g egg white (or 1 egg), 50ml almond/soya/coconut/dairy milk, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp sweetener of choice. ⠀
Pour the fruit mix into a baking dish and top with the oat mix - bake for 15-20mins at 190C. ⠀
Top with yogurt and enjoy!
