Today was such a struggle - might as well not have even tried. Lack of sleep, lack of calories, lack of motivation, lack of everything. Snatched 55kg on the second attempt but just missed 60kg (slightly too far infront in catch position). Then jerked up to a mere 70kg. Then back squatted a mere 85kg back squat 3rm. Didn't even do the deadlifts. Did an hour spin last night - potentially do another after work tonight. Going to redo today's lifting session tomorrow morning or afternoon before uni and work as well. Next Tuesday I am eating all the carbs and hope for better lifting 🙏

Standig lunges + weight. Vandaag is het bij mij legday, dat betekent dat ik morgen en overmorgen iets apart loop, ondanks dat vind ik het echt heerlijk om te doen.
Met standing lunges heb je geen ruimte nodig zoals bij walking lunges, enkel 2 gewichten en wat motivatie. Probeer de houding in het midden eens vast te houden voor een paar sec, hiermee versterk je je evenwichts capaciteiten en tegelijkertijd train je je spieren op een andere manier (isometrisch) waardoor deze nieuwe prikkels krijgt en nog sterker word.

Today's super short but intense session!

Complexes 
These are great when short on time but still want to get in a comprehensive workout. This particular complex included 
Deadlift 
Romanian deadlift 
Bent over row 
Cleans
Front squat 
Overhead press 
Back squat 
6 reps of each using heaviest weight possible. Ideally keeping hold of the bar through taking mineral rest between transitions. This workout combines both cardiovascular, strength and endurance work. Give it a try You'll be blowing!

Pretty epic session when we had most of the CCF Competition crew in for a 5RM Back Squat session and I'll call it a "slightly" successful day when 9/10 hit a PB, and a couple even adding +10kg. 😎

🕺Crazy thing is today I feel back 100% human & ready mentally & physically for action. But I've gotta keep calm, stay composed & allow my body to replenish & store this glycogen nicely.

💆🏻‍♂️Good thing is however by the end of the week & I've 'massaged' all these carbs in I'll be feeling super chilled & ready to give it my all on the weekend. That is one thing I really like about this longer deplete & load, you feel a million dollars come show day.

📸This week is gonna consist of lots if posing, pictures, note taking & analysis to bring my all time best at the UKDFBA.

🙏🏻Now I'm off out to grab a subway with my little sister, because thats about as flexible as I'm willing to be just now & I've got over 600g of carbs to get down.
