Have been working on my paused bench lately!😅Wanted to see how heavy I could go with it, so I gave 315 a try. It wasn't the perfect pause but I'm just glad I could get the weight up with it! 🔥 @super_sully6 wanted to grab the bar but it wasn't needed! 5 days out & we're filling up the bucket.
🕺Crazy thing is today I feel back 100% human & ready mentally & physically for action. But I've gotta keep calm, stay composed & allow my body to replenish & store this glycogen nicely.
💆🏻♂️Good thing is however by the end of the week & I've 'massaged' all these carbs in I'll be feeling super chilled & ready to give it my all on the weekend. That is one thing I really like about this longer deplete & load, you feel a million dollars come show day.
