At any rate, I triggered last night with 10,000iu’s of hcg and today the only thing I have to do is get some good rest, try to get some work done, and start my zpack so I don’t get sick or any infections in the next week. Tomorrow morning, bright and early is my egg retrieval day and when momma and daddy meet up in the lab. I jokingly wonder if they set the “mood” in the lab and have some nice jazz music playing in the background and dim the lights?!? 🎶 💡
This is my first “tricked out” video I edited with me and my partner doing the Tuesday WOD this morning. Alicia kicked some booty and did her overhead reverse lunge for the first time ever and I convinced her to do the Rx weight. She killed it y’all. We did everything Rx - except, because of the jiggly ovaries, I did step up and overs on the box. I hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday- even though it is feeling like a Monday- thanks so much for everyone’s words of encouragement and love ❤️I will post tomorrow after everything is done with some news. P.S. it is supposed to snow again tomorrow but my doc said the show will go on. This crazy NC weather... sigh...

Pauses felt great at 105, touch point is more consistent and I kept tighter at the bottom. Squats at 180 felt light and smooth. I’ve been experiencing some soreness in my left elbow after squatting the past two weeks...to hopefully alleviate I moved my hands out a smidge and moved the bar farther down on my palm. I’m officially a #USAPL member and can’t wait for #givemelibertyorgivemenolift in February.
