About my life - my life is absolutely unfair,I can't even workout as much as I want ,I can't live without taking treatment this damn disgusting immune drugs, when I tried secretly not to drink them,I almost died from fever,and throat pain, everyday I feel pain in throat and in my eyes or in my ears or together in whole body, I don't even know what was better in my life my absolutely disgusting childhood in which I was everyday hearing Racism from everyone,or when I was diagnosed cancer and was almost dying, only one positive thing in my life is to do calisthenics,I have nothing more positive,I can't even adopt dog because I don't have home and I live on rent,I have no money and I opened donation,I'm struggling from everything in my life,even from that idea that my ancestors didn't left money to us and all of them just died without thinking how I will live,they never overcome hunger and great misery of life ,like I did,I remember I was kid and I was looking at food products and I could buy it because we had no money,and all because of my ancestors are cursed or they were just very dump,they had everything and they never understand how is to live when you have nothing, I don't even have my own face sinuses it's covered with cancer, sometimes I feel that I'm fighting with Satan or ? Сегодня сделал адскую тренировку.В нее входит 2 подтягивания /2 выход силой/2 dips /2 отжимания от пола...и так до 10 повторений. То есть все увеличивается на два раза, например 2/4/6/8/10 и обратно до 2 повторений. P.S. Впервые выполнял такую тренировку,а узнал я о ней, от всеми известного @kowtyn.igor. Огромное спасибо тебе,брат. Сказать что это сложно?! Ничего не сказать!!! Устал очень сильно,да еще в придачу 3 сорванных мозоли. Dips are the squat of the upper body. It has many of the same benefits like improving strength and mobility when done correctly plus increasing ground-and-pound ability which is great for MMA fighters or teaching that bro a lesson for curling in the squat rack. 😂

Unfortunately, it suffers from the same problems as squats where people's dips are more shallow than someone dipping a chip in a tiny cup of salsa 😂. Let's explore:

Dips are an exercise seen in the above video that come with plenty of benefits. They are great for strength, especially at downward angles which is great for things like MMA, parkour, and much more. They also have a big range with a great strength curve which means they can be great for hypertrophy and gaining mass. They also help open the door to things like muscle ups! If you aren't able to do dips, they're a great investment of your time and it's one of the first goals we work our trainees toward if they don't have it already. The gains are worth the time.

The gains are however, dependent on proper form. First of all, be VERY careful with the version people do between two benches or on one bench with their feet on the ground and hands on the bench behind them. If you're not careful, pain can occur.
▫
Next, dips should be done the same way you squat: deep. At the bottom of each rep, we want to see the shoulders lower than the elbow. Not being able to achieve this shows a lack of mobility and this lack of mobility is important to overcome for optimal gains. If not, the dips you do perform can end up making your already tight shoulders even MORE tight.
▫
If you value your mobility and shoulder health, it's important to make sure you get the mobility good and use full range of motion whenever you perform dips. If you want your full gains, you'll be sure to use full range.

If you don't have full range, that should be the first priority before engaging in dip work. Once everything is ready, you'll be able to work toward this movement and get the gains you're working toward.

И вообще не знал, что показать публике.Знаю,знаю, что во мне динамики,как "кот наплакал", но буду тренировать, как статику и силу, так и динамические элементы.
