I focused on first position on heels and on a releve. This was the best weekend! Our fab teacher Tom Waldron @movementkinetictherapy taught 4 Franklin Method workshops to physios, pilates instructors and equestrians. 'MTeaching Franklin Method is good for your own movement and health as you have to embody the material with the students while teaching and explaining it. Amazing brain training!
