After a workout this past Saturday I decided to try some balance and upside down inversions on the BOSU --these were only a few of the outtakes 😏😳 I bet @tiny.kirsty and @heatherlynn.fit would have no problem what so ever #handstandqueens

Don't be afraid to be in the gym lifting the lightest weight! Ego-lifting prevents progress. Full range of motion with lighter weights will yield far faster results than partial range of motion with twice the weight.
Because of our Wooden Robot Brewery @woodenrobotbrewery Bootcamp/Run on Wednesday 6/21 at 6:30p, we have moved Yoga Bootcamp to tomorrow, Tuesday 6/20 at 6:15p!! Now you can do both 🤗 @staceyrnc @workoutwithdavis @itskaytime @eriksfitness @stephjones.fit @taylorburton0612
Inner peace is the new success. Give me a calm mind, a loving heart and a generous spirit over money any day.❤️❤️❤️

Last year at Electric Picnic I fell and damaged ligaments in my left ankle. You can see my body's response to this with the flexion of my left knee and that is much better than it was. That's one of the ways my body has tried to protect and stabilise the lax in my left side. It's been a journey of ankle and knee pain, hip and lower back but now thanks to Barre Pilates and Mat work, it's nearly back to full range of motion and near to no pain!
Just in time for me to throw myself around at electric picnic again ...... not ;) it's been a pleasure working with my body and feeling how much it wants to work for me and how strong and amazing it is. I'm not gonna lie being a rehab instructor and NMT has given me an advantage in this area and having friends who did treatments on me definitely sped up the process. 9 months on and I reckon next month when I post this video again, my legs will be equally able to straighten. Does anybody have a long lasting injury like this that I may be able to suggest exercises for?
