We are finally ripping out our old kitchen next week! 🙌 It took us (or shall I say me 🙈) 2 years to decide what kitchen to go for (can you relate ladies?🤷‍♀️) but fingers crossed we’ll be pleased with the results. *KEEPING IT REAL TODAY*
Thank god for #transformationtuesday because it's the only thing keeping me going today 😂
I've had no sleep for the past 4 nights and I literally feel like the walking dead. 💀 
To top that off the scales are exactly where they were last week, which despite the Prosecco on Saturday has p*ssed me off because on Sunday I was 8 stone 4 lbs and yesterday I was 8 stone 7lbs. I know that there's no way I gained 3lbs overnight because I haven't even had anywhere close to that calorie wise but it still doesn't fail to ruin my mood when I've only managed to shift a lb overnight. That's after a tonne of water and the gym 😡
 I had a completely on plan week and hit the gym plenty of times. Sometimes scales I hate you! Working on not letting it phase me though and focusing on the fact that the scales can do one today because there's clearly a HUGE difference between the left and right pic. So here's to trying my best not to obsess about those pesky scales that nearly went out the window today and focusing on what I can see between the two pics. Seriously though can I have a fecking loss next week or what. Plateauing does not work for me! 🙄

Hail the bliss ball! 🍫 These little treats are nutrient dense, kick cravings to the curb and will give you sustained energy throughout the afternoon! (No sugar crashes here!)

Simply pop 1 cup desiccated coconut, 1 scoop of @sunorganicsaus chocolate protein powder, 1tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp maca powder, 5 soaked dates (or one banana) and 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice into a food processor. Pulse until combined.

Roll into balls on a sheet of baking paper or place into a container and store in the fridge. And ta-da! You have the perfect healthy snack on the go! 👌

Quinoa never tasted so good!!😍 Have some leftover #quinoa ? Or just want a sweet treat? Make these chocolate peanut butter protein quinoa bites. —�—
Recipe inspo is from my fit friend @k8hero 😄. ⠀⠀⠀ ▪️1/2 cup uncooked quinoa ⠀⠀⠀
▪️1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used @plantfusion ) ⠀⠀⠀
▪️1 tbsp cacao powder ⠀⠀⠀
▪️2 packets stevia ⠀⠀⠀
▪️1/2 cup peanut butter ⠀⠀⠀
▪️1-2 tbsp melted coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀
▪️Drizzle agave ⠀⠀⠀
▪️Splash of almond milk (if needed to help with consistency). Cook quinoa and let cool. Mix quinoa with protein powder, cacao and stevia. Mix in PB, coconut oil and agave. Add a splash of almond milk if you have trouble rolling into balls. Refrigerate and enjoy :)

1.5 cups frozen wild blueberries
1 cup frozen spinach
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides (gut health, hair/skin/nail health)
2 tbsp cacao powder
1-3 tsp ceylon cinnamon (keeps blood sugar balanced)
1 tbsp @bulletproof XCT oil (stabilizes blood sugar & energizes) - optional
1/2-1 cup @malkorganics cashew milk

Slow Cooker Vegan Coconut Curry Chickpeas
30 ounces Chickpeas, rinsed & drained
15 ounces coconut milk
15 ounces diced tomatoes
Juice of 1 lime
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced

Marinated grilled chicken, roasted green beans/butternut squash, and sautéed canned black beans and red onions. You could prep all the ingredients and cook them at the same time 👍🏻

• Oh HI there!!! 👋🏽 I saw this gorgeous purple ball in the gym today and decided it was a faaantaaastic idea to share some exercises with you guys that are gonna make your upper body sore 💪🏽💦 its also gonna challenge your balance, trust me .. its more difficult than it looks 🙊 just do me a favor, be careful, put on your jam and have fun! 
Upper Body Exercises:
🔥push ups x12 [move the ball all the way to the toes to make it tougher]
🔥straight body plank roll x20
🔥slow mountain climbers x16
🔥sit ups x25
🔥knee sliders forward x16
🔥360 plank walk with shoulder touch until failure!
Rest 1 min and repeat 3x!

Best way to eat your vegies, protein and with one slice of wholeweat bread its a delicious healthy balanced meal!!
Onion, green pepper, tomato, zuchinni, parsley, oregano, salt , black pepper in the pan. Cook it  10_15 minutes so that vegies remain crispy and  add two eggs. Mix them all together for 5 more minutes and spread some feta cheese and thats it!!!

Completely changed up my meals this week, I'm sooo bored of my spiced chicken, sweet potatoe and veg combo 🤢 I've had it for 4 months now. No more thanks. Having wraps for a while now, it's so important to switch up your nutrition because Being bored with your daily food and your food prep is a guaranteed  way to fall off the wagon or not keep on track👍🏻
I did however still prep all my #proats and Greek yogurt and blueberry combo because there's no wAy I'm getting bored of them!!😍

Don’t frown because it’s Monday, SMILE because I made you COOKIES!!! These DARK CHOCOLATE AVOCADO SUNFLOWER SEED COOKIES 🍫🌻🥑🍪 are giving me all the #mondaymotivation today. Easy recipe  below using my LOVAH @88acres Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter! 🤗 Love that these cookies are gluten free, nut free, and PACKED with healthy fats! This was my first time baking with AVO and I’m OBSESSED! Expect more cookies like this to come and a post on my blog with all the deets! 😘 Have you tried baking with avocado yet? What did you make?

👉🏻Preheat oven to 350 and line and baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine 1 flax egg (1 TBS flaxseed + 3 TBS water), generous 1/2 cup smashed avocado (~about 1 medium avocado), 1 cup @88acres dark chocolate sunflower seed butter, 1 cup gluten free oats, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and optimal 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Scoop ~1.5 TBS balls onto parchment paper and slightly flatten worth a fork. Top with raw sunflower seeds and bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly brown around the edges. Cookies will be moist and harden as they cool. Allow to cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week. 🙌
