It’s estimated that only 1 in 1000 baby turtles will survive to adulthood. The pass 7 days has been an emotional experience. I got to witness turtles ascend the beach, lay eggs, measure the size of the turtles, excavate nests and watch hatchings make its way to the water. It was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better holiday, saving one life at a time. Every little action matters. 1/2 Cup of Almond meal
1/4 Cup of milk powder
1/2 Cup of shredded Coconut
4 Tablespoons of Vanilla Happy Way
50g Dried apricots
50g Dried apples
1 Tsp of Vanilla essence
1/4 Cup of Coconut oil
1/4 Cup of Warm water
1. Add all dry ingredients into a food processor and blend.
2. Add all wet ingredients and blend until all combined.
3. Roll mixture into small tablespoon size balls.
4. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.

This is so true, to a certain extent life is what you make it. It's my last day at work today & there's so many things that have happened that could have put me in a bad mood, but I'm not going to let it. This week alone... new beaches 🌴 Meeting new friends, or finally meeting old friends 💛 First girl vacay 💜 First time clubbing 🎶 and drinking my way through a town 🍸 literally all day 😜 First time playing wingman 😆 First time naming a shot, and drinking it for free - Steph's lightening bomb ⚡️ First time drinking with someone's grandma at the bar 👵🏼🍻And tonight was the first time I stood on a pier in the ocean during a thunderstorm and watched dolphins frolic during the sunset 😍🐬⛈🌅 Bestie being there and meeting an actor 📽... ok a child extra from Dolphin Tale... made it all the more special

Guyssss I'm back!! After almost what feels like forever I was able to workout today! Wish it was a lifting session but instead it turned out to be a short run with some abs and push ups at the park. Today was supposed to be my first day back in the gym after 3 or 4 days or whatever until some "tragic" thing happened 😂 So listen to this. Got all ready for the gym, took my preworkout and right before leaving I walked backwards out of a doorway without realizing there were boxes right outside in the hallway. I tripped on them and while trying to catch myself I clearly put my hands out to catch myself and I guess somehow I landed in a way that tore off half my tail (tmi for some people, maybe, sorry, dont zoom in on to my hand if you don't wanna see it 😂) I was soaking it in saltwater right before this pic so I don't have a bandaid on 🤷🏻♀️ It's just super red and stings a little. But anyway, by the time the bleeding had stopped I would have only gotten 10
minutes to workout before the gym closed, so that was just my luck. I swear my body hasn't felt this gross in a long while from not exercising. I'm ready to get up in the morning and kill leg day though, I need gains back in my life 😩 Oh and sorry again for the kinda gross post lolol.
Summer may be over, but that doesn't all the summer fun has to stop, right? Spent the morning hiking in Malibu and finally made it to Malibu Farms for some Frosé 🍷🍹 The food and the Frosé were both amazing 😍
I've been having this snack on and off for almost a year now and I STILL haven't got sick of it 🤗 usually I'll eat the same thing over and over until I can't cop it any longer - does anyone else do this? 😂

Today I did another quick 15 minute HIIT after work (totaling my total daily steps to just shy of 10,000 💪🏼) and instead of sprints I did a good old fashion 40-50 seconds on, 10-20 seconds off. I did a lot of different full body jumping type movements, along with several rounds of kettle bell swings--my fave! Here are 3 heart pumping moves to include in your next HIIT: jump squats, 180 degree ski jumps, and (no equipment needed) jump roping. Hello quad burn 🔥
If you're lazy like me, I recommend always having a variety of vegetables around that can be eaten raw/as is 🔪 Yesterday I was overdue to go shopping and thought I was doomed to eat my chicken and rice with no veg. But half a cucumber, the last few cherry tomatoes, and a pack of sprouts came to the rescue! Just enough scraps to pull together a salad of sorts 🥗
I usually also have kale and purple cabbage in my fridge to make salads. Carrots, celery, and red radishes are good ones too because they taste good with even just salt (in my opinion). So you don't have to think ahead and meal prep anything - no excuse to not get your veg in! 😏
