Mandylicious’s Pulled BBQ Brisket. Crockpot style!
5 lb brisket
1 3/4 cup bbq sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (French’s makes a non fish kind)
Place the brisket fat side up in the crock pot, mix together remaining ingredients, pour on top of brisket. Cook on low for 9-11 hours or high for 5-6. Let cool completely. Remove from sauce. Using 2 forks gently pull. Ladle remaining gravy on top. Refrigerate for 24 hours to let all the yummy deliciousness soak in. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, in sandwich form, or stuffed inside challah. Impress friends with your mad meat skillz. 🥩 #thatsoundsdirtybutitsnot
