Those Crispy Skin Duck Breasts w/ sweet savory orange tarragon garlic white wine sauce...
Results from yesterday’s seared duck... Loved the flavor and that crispy skin ! The meat was slightly pink, tender and juicy, but... just a tad over for me. I think it would’ve been just right without the oven finish. No complaints, it was delicious and I can’t wait to try again.
This was just for fun, so I threw together the sauce w/ simple ingredients on hand. Deglazed skillet w/ white wine, added fine grated garlic, orange marmalade, bone broth, tarragon and s&p. Reduced until thickened.
