Beachbody Classic today. I slept on my neck wrong Saturday and spent all day Sunday in pain to the point I could barely put my purse on my shoulder. This morning I found this little guy in my library of fun and it had stretches for all different parts of your body and one was the neck. I did a 13 minute video focusing on my neck and I am not joking by the time I got out of the shower this morning the pain was 90% gone. Sure wish I did this Sunday! So the waffle and sweet cream did not make my core workout dreadful, which shocks me since they are both on the complete opposite sides of the fitness spectrum. But hey! Got to enjoy the sweeter stuff now and again. Finished off with a nice low impact to flush out the lactic acid and feel a bit rejuvinated.
Speed 35 is no joke, but I loved every minute of it!!! 💪🏼
Being able to knock out a workout in the living room while binge watch Gilmore Girls (again) is one of my favorite things!!!
It's really hard to skip a workout when I have to work to make excuses for myself! .

I Finished both of these workout programs during the time I decided to workout, 8 years ago. Three years ago, I did join team beachbody, became a coach and like many of them, helped a lot of people, worked out with them and journeyed together to achieve better health and fitness, I admire these coaches I met along the way, but to make it as a source of extra income, I am not cut out for that I just joined for the fun of meeting new people, creating friendships and be accountable with my own journey. I just hope the coaches who just started to become one actually understands that being one doesn't make you an expert in health and fitness, and if you've finished these 2 workout programs (full 60 and 90 days like I did), you will get my support and even promote you to be the coach of other individuals wanting to start their own fitness journey. #beachbody#enthusiast#support
Change is hard in the beginning. Shifting your mindset is hard when you start. It can be messy and discouraging in the middle, but the end result will be glorious and amazing.
I am going to give it to you straight - if you want it bad enough, there are no excuses. You need to put in the work to get results. That applies to everything in life. SHIFT MAKER helped me pusssssh to greater heights today! 15s on that move. Decided to up my weights on all moves today. Even in times of doubt, you can tap into your spirit and unleash your greatness! There's no backing down for me!
I know this move seems difficult but you can absolutely modify. First of all use weights that you are comfortable with. Second, step into the plank position. You can even opt to go down to your knees for the pushup and row. Third, step back into the squat then use your legs to push up into a shoulder press. You can also slow down the pace. But ALWAYS keep your abs tight!
Decide to go on in. Yes you can complete this move. Yes you can see result. Yes you can succeed!
