I remember taking it, and I remember promising myself that come 2017 I wasn’t going to allow myself to stay stuck in the rut I was in.
And all I really wanted for myself in 2017 was to find my true happiness and learn to love everything about myself.
So this #transformation is more than a physical one.
While these two pictures are almost a 40 pound weight difference 😳
I am also more genuinely happy today, than I have been in a LONG time.
Mentally I’m also in such a better place then I was this time last year.
So I can honestly say that 2017 truly has been MY year 😍🙌🏻
But it’s not stopping here.
I have faith that with everything I’ve learned about myself this year, that 2018 is going to be an even better year for me ❤️

I was shown this year that change is scary, but it’s also necessary to grow 🌱❤️
This one year transformation makes happy ☺️

Here’s one of my favorite #transformationtuesday photos! This is when I did the 21 Day Fix Extreme program last summer and followed it to a T! In 21 Days I shredded up, kicked drinking alcohol, cut back on dairy and sweets, and truly learned how to eat to fuel my body and supplement my workouts. I have some VERY exciting news! 😍😍😍 If you have followed me for a little while, then it comes as no surprise that my love for Beachbody is...well- I love it 😂
I meannnn I legit “fan girled” my way through the week when one of the trainers called me 😘😍 Which is why I was even more floored when I found out that I am going to be in a private test group for the brand new program, 80 Day Obsession led by Autumn Calabrese!

I know ppl out there who say they want to workout but have no where to do it. Well I have news for you this tiny area is all the area I have available to do my workouts... it can be done no matter how little room you have. My space is limited to just a bit larger than a yoga mat. Does this mean you bay have to modify?? UR cleanse day 17/21! 👊🏻I’ve got goals to crush today. Do you? I’ve shifted my way of thinking of that final goal weight and am focused on internal changes...which will lead to building strength and getting lean. ❤️ I don’t have a magic pill but I do have the best challenge group of women and men who lift each other up every single day. We check in, we post about our lives, our health and fitness journey, and maybe a sweaty selfie or two! It’s not easy but it is the best program I’ve ever tried. You eat healthy clean portioned meals, drink a delicious shake that is so nutritious it’s insane, and you workout with some of the best trainers in the world. So to me it is easy. An easy choice that I’m so glad I said yes to. My next challenge group begins Jan. 1st - registration opens soon. New Year, New YOU. Are you ready to join? Sometimes in life we question the decisions we make. We wonder if we did or said something different would that outcome have mattered? What if you smiled a little more or stopped to say hi and show a genuine interest in someone other than ourselves would that have an impact? What if you could predict the future, would that impact your choices?
I questioned my choices a lot yesterday. I won’t lie or sugarcoat it. Then I realized I am exactly where I am meant to be. I may not “get it” right now or understand it but I have to TRUST AND BELIEVE that there is some crazy plan for me.
I am strong, kind, loving, compassionate, genuine and a damn good listener.
Say hi to someone today, smile, pay for their coffee or lunch. You never know how that may change the course of their life.

Now onto a day of eating right !
Honestly, this is my first time working out three days in a row in a while. I can definitely see the difference, I have to stop every once in a while. But I love having the tools in my home to get me back on track, there's no guess work!

Not gonna lie I hit snooze this morning but then I was like WTF am I thinking?! Get up! Get moving! New program coming out soon & you gotta get ready for it! 💪So thank goodness for this yellow kick in the ass deliciousness to get my mind right, my endurance high & my energy like super woman!! This stuff right here is incredible!! If you’re struggling with waking up in the AM & just lack energy, motivation & reaction time than this stuff is the real deal! It doesn’t give that fatigue feeling hours after you’re done drinking it which I LOVE because this working Mommy of two little girls can’t be having that 😂 Want More info & need something to get your ass moving & grooving & doesn’t feel your body with a bunch of BS chemicals you can’t even pronounce 😂 than let me know😘
So today I completed day 9/60! I feel so invigorated and refreshed! On top of completing this, I weighed in at 206lbs; I’m already down a pound and I have never been so happy!
PiYo is such a great workout and I highly recommend it! I feel my flexibility increasing everyday and I’m moving out of modifications everyday! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
