Sooo today was raining and I start to think maybe Ill skip yoga class today, maybe tomorrow 🤔 Then somehow I remembered that I payed for it already 💁🏼 And thats it, just this small motivation was enough 💪🏻🙃 Now im at home and sooo proud that I did it! ☺️ Sweat like crazy in this 30 degree heat 😅 So my point is that sometimes we need just a very small thing to push us to do a little bit more 🤗🙃🏝
For day 1 of this yoga challenge, that also gonna be my personal small motivation to do some sequence every day, we should come up with asana that looks #elegant for us 👠 When i think about elegance I think about high heels in the first place and I wanted to do some variation on tip toes but in the sand... So I stick with always elegant #wildthingpose 🤗🏝😍🍓

So the beach WOD today was so nice 😻 it was a bit tougher than last time but of course our ladies are getting stronger and made me so proud today 😎

loooooooooove getting workouts in outside 👊🏻 I just did these movements for one round & nearly died. those sprints? JEEEEEEZ. my little puppy Rocco kept up with me the whole time & now he is currently KNOCKED OUT 😂🐶 such a fun day w/ my amazing brother @jay_finessen & my bff @aliballash 💕💕 making the most out of every flippin’ second that i’m here. i miss it so much!!!!!
it’s crazy looking back on videos and seeing my form. i have a lot to work on - especially my POSTURE 🤭😧 anyways, just sharing this because I hate excuses & i know first hand you don’t need a gym or equipment to get a sweat in, just a burning desire to feel better. xo.
(SO SIMPLE & yet sooooo effective, highly recommend a beach workout if possible because the sand works ya like nooo other).
💪BURPEES TILL FAILUE (such an awesome warm up)
💪Push ups (don’t do girl push ups, instead lower your body all the way down to the floor & all the way up, pick ur legs up last)
💪SPIDER MAN CRAWL (man these are a beezy. Make sure you stay low, core tight & squeeze your obliques down) you can also just do these stationary as an ab exercise but you get more cardio when u move around!!
💪 PLANK TO SQUAT HOLD - this was a new one for me. i love it! sit your booty loooowwww.
💪JUMPING LUNGES (make sure your front knee doesn’t come over your ankle!!)
💪UPHILL SPRINTS 🤬🤬 holyyyyyyyy mother you guys! if you rlly rlly wanna challenge yourself give it a try. BRUUUUTAL. sprints in general are just an awesome way to blast the fat right off your bod.
