Made me a Man No matter How much money I make I'll give it all to see my Angel smile again I Remember the whoopings I got for being a lil bad ass first time I got arrested was at 13 for finessing a department store . U got off work cause u loved me, Boy I got my ass beat that day but I know it was all love. Getting kicked out school Barely making it out highschool ,but I knew u never gave up on me cause I never gave up on you when you battled #pancreaticcancer for 4Years . Day 440 of 20 for #20tocrushcancer , in support of those who are battling #cancer (in any form), or who have survived it. This one hits close to home for me, as some of the people in my life deal with both the daily challenges and the medical procedures in order to get through their day. Helping to raise #awareness is one way to show that I'm looking out for you.
Take time to let those people in your life who deal with the challenges and treatments of this illness know that they are loved and appreciated. It could make all the difference in their day, and help give them the courage to work through their challenges. #letscheckonafriend
If you are seeing this post, know that you are a awesome and amazing person. And yes, you matter to me.
Flowers aren’t just for bad days or for “I’m sorrys”. They’re a reminder of how beautiful and precious life is. Today my best friend found out that her Mama is cancer free, and that deserves flowers and celebration. 🌻

Martin Luther King Jr Day will always hold a special place in my heart. A day to honor an incredible man whose teachings spread messages of nonviolence, love in action, and equality! It is also the day I gained my freedom from bone cancer, MLK Jr Day on January 21, 2002. The day I had my leg amputated.
Below is an excerpt written by my beautiful mom in 2001 just before my surgery (can be found on my blog on Forrest Stump, link in bio ⬆️): "I was determined to build up my confidence and stamina in order to face the process of Nicole’s below the knee amputation.
I found myself alone at my folk’s house sitting next to a crackling fire in the fireplace and watching the sparks leap around the wood beckoning them to play. I had brought home a school assignment Nicole had completed about Martin Luther King Jr. Nicole had always had a strong interest in the life of MLK and was fascinated by his love for freedom and equality for all people; regardless of their ethnic or religious background. As I read her narrative, it suddenly dawned on me, Nicole’s surgery was set for January 21, 2002, Martin Luther King Jr Day.
As I pondered this, a thought came into my mind. Nicole was giving up her leg in order to gain freedom from bone cancer. I couldn’t believe it. The word freedom resonated in my mind like the chiming of thousands of church bells swinging back and forth. The correlation of losing something to acquire freedom was very introspective at that moment. I knew in my heart Nicole would lose her leg yet win her freedom over the battle with bone cancer." #mlk#martinlutherking#freedom#amputation#equality#love#perseverance#courage#bravery#peace#forreststump#cancer#beatcancer#prosthetics#mondaymotivation#osteosarcoma
Chart of cancer fighting foods. Be sure to incorporate these. We have so many toxins and inflammatory foods and substances in our lives. Keep some of these in your diet to minimize carcinogenic effects of all the other stimuli from your environment and food. #beatcancer#healwithfood#eatwell#eatwelllivewell
I woke up this morning like any other day and decided it was time....for the 5th time, I will be donating my hair to #pantenebeautifullengths
Knowing that some woman with cancer will receive a wig with the help of my donation just fills my heart with joy. I personally find that I take it for granted, to have such healthy beautiful hair. After speaking with my Grandma as she was on her way back for a follow-up screening for her cancer, it sparked my interest in once again donating. Every little thing you do can change a patients recovery and if them receiving a wig impacts them in a positive way I want to be apart of it! #beatcancer#cancersucks#hairdonation#pantenehair#love#survivors#pantene#chellabellasalon

Today was the last day of this phase of chemo. Next week we start maintenance phase (which means Nora will have chemo once a month instead of once a week like most phases), and that will be the last phase until treatment ends in September 2019! It’s so hard to believe we’ve come this far and are at this point in her fight. This bright little warrior has had many ups and downs, and I’m sure there are more of each ahead. This is one milestone in the long journey to health. But we will continue to kick cancer’s booty and stay strong! We’re so proud of Nora and her big sisters, Eden and Bridey. Thank you again to everyone for all of your love and support 💛🎗 #norastrong#cancersucks#beatcancer
My mom is beautiful, and She, is my hero!💕
I’m so proud of you mom! You’re the strongest woman I know and God has blessed me tremendously with your life and how you bring glory to Him who gave us breath. I love you! #beatcancer#breastcancersucks#cancer#Godisgood#mymom 💕 @pacekar

While our mission has always been to get Port-Ts to the people who need them most, we understand our donations can only reach so many people. Additionally, we know not everyone is able to afford the $50 price associated with our buy one, give one mission... So, for the next 3 days, we are selling Port-Ts for $25 to get them to people who need them, have not received a free one, or may not be able to afford the price of a single shirt. We will resume our regular format at the end of the sale. As always, we hope that you may find Comfort In ComfPort ❤️ -Your ComfPort Family
You already know cancer exists and probably have a story about how cancer has impacted your life of that of a friend of family member. It has touched us all in one way or another. Let's stop being aware and practice a lifestyle of prevention instead. #healthyisthenewblack

With a shattered heart I am here to report that my father's cancer, an extremely rare sarcoma called Malignant Solitary Fibrous Tumor Stage 4 with metastatis to the liver, has re-occured for the third time since 2015. We received news today from the oncologist that a new mass is growing on his liver, and that if the immunotherapy treatment does not work-that we may be out of treatment options. I would like to be able to help my Dad have experiences that he has never had, to fund possible alternative or holisitc treatments not covered by insurance, and to keep him comfortable throughout this fight. #fuckcancer#cancer#cancersucks#gofundme#sarcoma#dad#daughter#family#love#hope#strength#fighter#cancertreatment#beatcancer Link here as well as in bio: https://www.gofundme.com/savepapabear
Ok ok this looks crazy I know but I’d do anything to get this cancer out of me. And after hearing the story of a lady my friend knows who healed her lung cancer with vegan diet, b17 vitamin and hyperbaric oxygen therapy then I was sure going to do it. This is an oxygen chamber that looks like a tank and I did an hr and a half today . Feel amazing and energised and will be doing a course of 20 sessions (4 days per week) then 2 per week after that until the cancer is gone ! And No I am not filing my nails 😂 I am cleaning my glasses as I was about to read Dr Morse’ s cancer and detoxification book! #beatcancer#beatcancersbutt#hyperbaricchamber#hyperbaric#oxygentherapy#cancerawareness#bearcancersooner#cancersurvivor
