Immune Boosting Cocktail Recipe
1 oz. silver tequila
2 oz. @drinkmonk No. 028 Turmeric-Ginger (I used their THC&CBD version but they also have just CBD)
1 oz. pure sparkling water a la @lacroixwater
Pour all ingredients into a shaker; shake it up until mix + chilled. Pour, sip, savor & unwind.

How to make it 👉🏼 In a #vitamix , add:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen ripe banana 🍌
1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
1 tsp @jadeleafmatcha 🍵
1 tsp @wedderspoonofficial honey 🍯
Blend till smooth, about 2 minutes🌪 I topped with some coconut whip and a dusting of more matcha 💚

Matcha 🍵 morning/ afternoon ritual. This is our go to every morning. We swapped coffee for matcha almost 2 years ago and we love it! We occasionally split a latte but matcha is our favorite. There are SO many health benefits to matcha including the high amount of antioxidants and the adrenal supporting amino acid called L-theanine. Matcha also stimulates alpha brain waves 🧠 🌊 which usually only come around during day dreaming and they promote relaxation and creativity!

This recipe is for 2
3 cups hot water
2 tbsp unrefined, virgin coconut oil (we ❤️ @drbronner )
2 tsp organic matcha green tea powder (we switch it up, using @ippodoteausa right now)
2 scoops @furtherfood collagen peptides
2 tsp @mountainroseherbs ashwagandha
Dash of cinnamon
Stevia to sweeten
Blend it up and pour into your favorite mug ✨

Planning an epic Friendsgiving?? Okay, me too! These Sweet Potato Crostini with Smoked Salmon and Chanterelles are 🔝 on my menu list! Made with @chobani Greek Yogurt, these little guys are the perfect appetizer to get the party started! Happy to share the recipe with you all! #WuHaus#sponsored#chobani
• 3 sweet potatoes, variety of colors, sliced into 1/2” rounds
• 3/4 lbs chanterelle mushrooms, sautéed
• Smoked salmon
• Avocado oil
• Flake salt and black pepper, to finish
• 1 cup yogurt
• ¼ cup dill, finely chopped
• 1/8 cup chives, finely chopped
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
Directions: Prevent oven to 400°. Spread sweet potato rounds on a baking sheet and use a paper towel or brush to lightly coat with avocado oil. Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through but still firm. If you want a more golden finish, broil on high for a couple minutes, flipping half way through. In a bowl, combine all the yogurt spread ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula until well-combined. Once sweet potatoes have cooled for a few minutes, spread the yogurt mixture on top of each sweet potato toast. Top with either smoked salmon or sautéed mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with dill, chives and/or microgreens.

Add all ingredients to high-speed blender. Blend on high til thick - about 45-50 sec.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days!

Not the best turn out but I still did well ☺️ now I'm just tucking into spinach, sweetcorn, melted feta and nutmeg on toast, a cuppa and a bar of my @leitchycreates almond cherry truffle bar and then I've got a post office and stockist run and then a lot of clearing up and admin to do 🙈 but then this evening me and my Dad are off to the cinema and out for sushi so I have something to motivate me through the less interesting side of business this afternoon 😂🤷🏻♀️
