EXPOSING MY SKIN
yes, I know , I have acne, spots, blackheads, all that stuff and the message of this ‘talk’ is that be confident in your own skin, you don’t need to wear makeup if you have acne or spots. I have had spots for over s year now. And when I started to get them I was like ‘Oooo I’m going through puberty I’m getting hormones , I want more spots!’ That was me, I don’t know why I said that as I hate my skin now, but you have to live bad things in your life , even if you do have a lot of spots, or you don’t like whatever you have on your face , body etc. I have been called ugly, miss spotty, disgusting , eewwwww but I really don’t care. I don’t because they don’t know me, what I’ve been through , Jut like anyone else. The products I’ve been using to make my skin better is dermalogica, It is expensive but it has helped get rid of spots/acne. I did use this blackhead fave mask all over my face but made my skin even worse !😬It made my skin go all red and got alot more acne the next day. This is it😂The whole paragraph thing but I just want to inspire people to be confident💗Hope you all have a lovely day and try and get me featured !💘

How hard did puberty hit you fam? Ok I promise I just made this pic to see how much I've changed and matured no other reason. I was the goofiest goofball and #lotr geek there ever was, and I realize how much I didn't really change when it comes to my constant striving for better humor and terrible puns. 🤣 I will say though I look like 2 totally different people.....kind of......I don't always feel it though.
What about things that have changed? My perspective, experiences, and Gods drastic intervention in my life ⬅️That's the biggest one.
Alright, time for some honest truth, I struggled a lot with image. Too much with that and identity issues. Allowing people's words to stick on me like a label. That almost killed me. It drove me nuts to the point where I couldn't live with myself. You guys, you are beautiful as you are. And if you're a teen and you're reading this, please don't think that you have to wait for that "Glow Up" phase after puberty. You are beautiful as you are! LITERALLY! Body face and soul! It's the heart that counts and I can't stress it enough! When I was trying to beautify myself on the outside, I neglected my character and became a mean nasty bitter person, as nasty as the bullies in my school. Is that what you really want guys? To be cool and regret decisions you made for the rest of your life? Stop trying to be like everyone else and be you!

🍓This particular 'science bit' explaining how your body produces fat cells to protect your vital organs from toxins has really helped me coach people if their specific goal is weight loss. I used to think it was just about moving more and taking in less calories. Now I understand that it’s the quality of calories and reducing the ‘toxins in’ and supporting your body to up the ‘toxins out’. *
