words to live by people! The only way to feel happy + fulfilled is to forgive, “give forward”; to let go of what’s holding you, to leave grudges and old negative emotions behind. You need to be thankful, grateful and loving to everyone around you. You have to wake up with compassion and give every ounce of your being to the day and use 100% energy on everything you do, I promise it will be way more rewarding! ;) Now…. ~onto my bowl! These last 4 weeks have been awesome!!! My Mommy & Me group was a huge success! PRAISE GOD!!! This group has been super fun and so active! I have come to really love these mommies and everything they stand for. I'm soooo excited to announce that the mommies loved it so much they want us to extend the group for another 30 days!!! Early morning workouts are not my fave.
I feel weaker & unable to put in that same killer energy as I do my evening workouts. But some days it's the only option due to after work plans. As an added bonus though...I don't have the long day/tired/blah blah blah excuses rushing through my head.
Alarm is set. Energize is at my bedside. And my goals are ready to be crushed. Boom!
