So last night I had a chance to dive into a 3beans. Unfortunately I was hoping for a bit more. Came across as very bitter and really picked up very little bourbon. Hoping aging a few may help but I’m not holding out hope. Let me know what your thoughts are on this beer? Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁 🍺
Thanksgiving #tbt ! I have so much to be thankful for but for the sake of Instagram I’m thankful for all the delicious beer I’m lucky enough to get my hands on. And for my home state finally getting on the brew map. @creaturecomfortsbeer #drinklocal#thanksgiving
Modern Aberration by @licbeerproject killing the hop game as usual, and the can art is always 🔥🔥🔥💵🍻. Happy Thanksgiving, all, I’m sure I’ll post more throughout the day today! Cheers and enjoy your day!
Sour Bikini, Sour Ale 3% Evil Twin Brewing Brooklyn NY USA in collaboration with
Intagible Ales Enola PA USA.
Named after a atom bomb test ground designed by a French car engineer, but also to many the bikini was to many a disturbing and degrading creation, at the same time for others a symbol of female emancipation.
Anyway.. what does it all has to do with a beer he's gonna review you might ask?
Well in this case you better ask EvilTwin or Intagible Ales cause they named their
beers this way.
Sour Bikini is the sour version of their Bikini Beer which is a session ipa.
What the beers got in comon is their low abv, cause also this sour bikini got a low
abv with only 3%
And i must say it was a pleasant surprise to me, the session ipa version i found not
realy intresting, but.. this sour version does the job i must say!
It's a nice combo of a hoppy pale ale and the fruity tart notes of the sour, resulting
in a very tasty beer and that at only 30%
Flavors of a lot of citrus and lime and a brett like sour note on top that, finish is a hoppy bitter in combination with the sour tart note.

Crooked Stave - Petite Sour Raspberry | Sour/Wild Ale | 4,5%
Refreshing! Good stuff as always from Crooked Stave. Not as amazing as some of their other sours, but then again, this was only 4,5% ABV.
My rating: 3,75/5

This was a Tasty McDreamy, I swooned over its super smoothness, and there was no hint of its strength, (10%) you gotta watch out for those guys, they come back to bite ya in the arse, but meh, I'm a gambler! 😝

Got onto trying the “Back To The Brewer” Double Steam Ale by @goatbeer in collaboration with @twobirdsbrewing & @hopproducts - it pours a cloudy yellow in colour with a medium sized, fluffy white head. Has the nose of your typical NEIPA, offering grapefruit, pineapple, papaya, mango, pine needles, resinous hops and a light grassiness. Moderate to heavy sweet front palate with tropical and stone fruit, biscuit, with a moderate pine hop bitterness buildup to a sort of prickly, juicy finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation and an oily mouthfeel. Great Scott! Would definitely go back for this one.
