In detoxification process, there are two ways: Phase 1 and Phase 2. When the first attempt Phase 1 (try to excrete toxins from urination) fails, the body is on to the second attempt, Phase 2 (the liver is at work). One of the paths in Phase 2 adds Methyl group (CH3) to the failed Phase 1 product to further detoxify ✨This path gets rid of excess Estrogen and Environmental Pollution. Beets activates this path! ⭐️
