Learning when to give in to staying in bed versus when to wake yourself up, is part of tuning in and listening. 🙇 Front and side views REALLY help to show the repurcussions of the wrong angle in the back foot.
👉 From the side view, my hips and shoulders should ideally be in one line and you can clearly see how far forward my right shoulder and hip are?
👉 Another NO! is the back foot... can you see how I am riding onto my big toe and allowing the pinky toe to lift? I often walk past people threatening to stand on their feet to get them back down. 😋😅
Because I am riding forwards on my big toe, I have also lost my structural integrity in my leg, and can you see how much easier it is to bend that knee joint lose the strength and foundation of my leg? 😳
👉 From the front view, can you see what a problem I am causing in the incorrect placement of my front foot? By pigeon toeing my front foot, I am closing my hip in which drags my knee in too.
If I was to duck foot my front leg (ballet stance out) I would be straining my groin out too, so both are not great. 😔
Be very sure to step and keep your foot flat and facing forwards 🙇❤ .
