When you start feeling sick, you gotta bring out the big dogs...main one being garlic.

It has to be fresh garlic and wait 10 min after you cut it up to eat it because that’s when the powerful stuff, Allicin, comes out. I just put the small cut up pieces on a spoon and swallow it, don’t chew it! You can also add honey to make it taste better 😊

Allicin is a powerful antibacterial only present shortly after garlic is cut up and before it is heated. Eating fresh garlic in this state knocks out that terrible feeling associated with the onset of a cold or flu.

Then I also eat lots of oranges for my Vit C and drink my turmeric ginger tea with honey, lemon and cayenne. And take Vit A (do not take if you are pregnant though). All of these things are immune boosting powerhouses!

Don’t ever let your veggies go to waste or throw them away. You can just cut them all up and throw them in a bowl with some delicious dressing or hummus. .

I also added quinoa and roasted sweet potato because I meal prep those on Sunday. Then I can just add it to any meal throughout the week!

I used a seeds and grain GF bread, with crunchy PB, sliced bananas, cinnamon and cacao nibs....and it took me 3 min to make! .

🍌 Bananas are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and B6
.
🍌Peanut butter will keep you fuller longer and is full of vitamin E, magnesium and potassium. .

🍌Cinnamon is an antioxidant, anti inflammatory and fights infections and viruses

🍌 Cacao nibs are full of magnesium, iron and has 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries! .

You don’t want to eat this every day because everything in moderation. But this is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast when you are in a rush!

Do you love your work space? If not, then add some fresh flowers, a candle, a decorative pillow or some pics of ppl you love in pretty picture frames.  You don’t need to break the bank to make it a space that you love working in either 💗
