Finely chop some really fine Belgian chocolate. Heat some organic beef milk 😂 Add chocolate. Stir🥄 Stir 🥄stir🥄. I dont blend mine too thoroughly .. I like melty chocolate surprises as I sip 😋

Christmas 2014 – a little something we created for our Christmas lunch guests, we named ‘Diamant’ made entirely from Belgian Couverture Chocolate …… tip: you can make these at home yourself, simply purchase a chocolate mould, good eating chocolate, I use Callebaut, and melt according to the instructions on the chocolate packaging. You don’t need any fancy melting pots, a microwave or double boiler will work, then pour into moulds and let set. You can also make different flavours using LorAnn oil that can be purchased either online or at your local cake shop. Simply mix a few drops into the melted chocolate and gently fold, before pouring into the moulds. Ours pictured was a mix of flavours in a layered effect of strawberry with whole raspberries, then mango, tangerine, all mixed with crushed nuts. We also added some gold leaf and spun sugar )
