Confidence on google is defined as the feeling or belief that one can have faith in or rely on someone or something. How much do you understand that? Confidence is taking the belief that you are strong, powerful, worth it and valuble and using the optimism gained from these thoughts, you feel empowered. Confidence is not believing that you are below or above anyone, it is being you. But, how can you be you? Being yourself starts with accepting yourself. It means that you shouldn't underestimate who you are and what you can achieve. Being you means that you are able to accept yourself in your own skin. This entailes accepting all the features you can't change about yourself and striving to be a better person physically and mentally. Being you is being the happiest form that you are able to be, dont let haters affect you... have confidence in yourself! .

Rainy Monday's make me want to crawl back into bed with a cup of tea and a good book.

I've been known to eat my words....
➡️I'll never run a marathon/do an Ironman....that's insane!
➡️I'll never practice physical therapy independently, it's safer to work for a large corporate healthcare organization. ➡️I'll never like red wine/dark beer (this one kills me...I only liked white zinfandel in my 20's 😛).
And my new favorite-
➡️I'll never do one of those network marketing things...its all a scheme!
So....3 years ago today I started my Rodan and Fields business, because I had a BIG hunch that this was going to be HUGE, and I didn't want to miss out!! What an amazing 3 years it has been!! Amazing new friends and re-connections, a new found confidence in myself, a new physical therapy practice, a new husband 😉AND a new appreciation for eating my words!! THANK YOU to all my customers, supporters and consultants who have helped me to grow and succeed.

Saying "what if" is all it takes.
A question as of late is how am I able to train as often as I do. First, I train hard but I also train smart! The next is I make sure I understand what can help my recovery time, and that’s why I use @sixstarpronutrition Creatine x3! Recovery is important, and while I might not be Superman, Creatine x3 helps my recovery time by a lot! Allowing me to train more often, lifting heavy and remain shredded! Try it for yourselves. Train harder and smarter. WHILE RECOVERING FASTER!!
It was a long journey, but I am finally here.
It’s funny, all of this feels so familiar. I have been visualizing it for 3 years every day until it became a reality. I imagined it as a certainty and could not see an alternative.
When entering university, I wrote down on a paper my plans for the next 3 years. I recently found this paper when preparing my stuff to leave for the US and was surprised to see that most of it came true. Not all in the same form I initially envisioned, but the spirit was there.
There is a huge power in visualization. I heard it many times and it made me think a lot, but I guess I truly start to understand it now.
If you have a strong goal you truly want to achieve, every action you take will unconsciously bring you closer to this goal. The more you embrace it, the more your life will naturally start to build around it. Little by little, you will see your vision materialize.
This makes me think of something Mohammed Ali said: “If my mind can conceive it, and my heart can believe it, then I can achieve it.” I guess that’s the secret 😊
Today, I want to write my plans for the next 3, 5 and 10 years.
