#TBT to my first full power meet when I had the pleasure to share the platform with @apriebe163. Priebe found out earlier this week he made the @usapowerlifting Masters World Team and has been invited to compete in Sundavall, Sweeden in October. This man got me into the sport I have come to love. Through the Mitchell powerlifting club, which he started, he has introduced the sport to and trained so many young athletes. Two weeks of training left and feeling beat up. Heavy singles kicked my ass this week! Ready for one more hard week if training and then deload for the meet.
First squat video is 405/415/420
Bench is 225/245/250/255
Deadlift is 455
Final squat is 455 raw/wraps and ideally my third attempt for the meet raw!

154x1x1 at RPE 9.5
121.3x3x2 at RPE 6ish for a 2 second pause
