Didn't get to do the barbell rows but threw in some DL x10 x3 @ 115lb.
The BP was easier than I thought it'd be, which is encouraging, the squat took a little more effort but not an extreme amount.
Seeing more definition in my arms finally too!

🔘No2 Rule: Ditch your “bench day”, and train the #benchpress at least twice a week, find out where you’re weak and then get to work!! . .
