SUNDAY NOT SO FUNDAY🤗
Mixed things up a little today and tried a few new drills 👍 this groin smash was intense and very uncomfortable ... but I feel soooo loose after it 😂 Added this into some banded hip distraction, hip flexor and glute work and I feel like I've got new hips👌
Groin smash: ➡split the groin two halves.
➡roll the barbell head up & down.
➡hold on a tender spot for 30 seconds.
➡Repeat and then stretch. .

Back at these after a while out, not bad for the first few attempts! Going to dedicate 10 minutes each day to getting this down and not giving up this time ✌ need to get that head under and extend fully through the shoulders (I think)! .
