I’ll be the first to say my scorpion needs A LOT of work. It’s one I’ve struggled with a lot because of my lower back. I feel like I train a lot of my backbends quite regularly, but progress is very slow & sometimes frustrating. I also have a tendency to arch my back in an attempt to compensate & that’s no bueno so I have a ways to go.
Nonetheless! I LOVED this challenge & all of the yogis that participated! Making some new yoga friends online is always a plus.
