Per Stephen A. Smith, he's heard that center DeAndre Jordan wants to be traded to the Houston Rockets. I'm not sure why some people are ticked off by this because DJ has been in trade rumors for months now.
It's only a rumor but I can see why he'd want to go to Houston, that's where he's from and he's still close with Chris Paul but it does not mean Clippers will trade him to the Rockets. Sure all it would take is Ryan Anderson and Clint Capela but I doubt Clippers would ever take in Anderson's contract (2 years, $41.7M left after this season) and after everything that happened yesterday why would the Clippers ever trade DJ to potential playoff opponent?
Nowadays, free agents are not a lock to re-sign, we have seen that time and time again. I would prefer to keep DJ but I would not be surprised if he's moved at the deadline, we all seen he's almost left twice and a max contract could prevent the Clippers from bringing back some players who will be free agents this summer because it would put them over the luxury tax.
Trade deadline is less than a month away.

I don’t want to talk about the physical changes in these photos, i want to share with you where my head was at this time last year.
The photo on the left was when i decided it was time to stop binge eating and change my mindset around food. January - the first month, was the hardest. All i wanted was grease, sugar and alcohol. I wanted to go to happy hour after work NOT the gym. I knew if i continued doing what i always had done, i would get the same results I’ve always gotten, so no matter how many times i wanted to quit - i kept pushing.
Fast forward a year and I am eating more then i ever have in my entire life while being in the best shape I’ve ever been in. The first few months of my journey were so incredibly tough, but you have to WANT it.

Motivation will come and go, and when motivation is lacking how do you continue to stay strong? You need to want the end result so damn bad that you will do whatever it takes. Find your pain. What hurts the most? Is it feeling your clothes fitting really tight? Is it that feeling of disgust when you look in the mirror? Is it when you have no energy to do anything at all? What makes you the most uncomfortable? When you are not motivated, find your pain. Remind yourself why you want this and ask yourself how future you will feel if you quit. Will that bring you closer to your goal? NO.
A year flew by for me, and it will fly by for you. Before you know it, you’ll be making your New Years Resolutions for 2019 and don’t you dare let them be the same damn resolutions as this year because you gave up. Don’t you want to be done with the constant “diet” and just fucking live your life in a body you love!? Then do something about it. Get uncomfortable NOW so you can be comfortable later.

Guess what; if you learn to enjoy moving them, your heart will enjoy Pumping blood with ease.
There are so many Exercise and fitness people on social media today, you may not be able to make out anything from them until your Mind is Right.
Don't stay Home another day without taking a walk withing your Estate, Neighborhood or to the gym.

Team Rocket's blasting off again! Clippers win their fifth straight defeating the Rockets, 113-102.
Lou Williams leads the Clips in scoring once again with 31 points and Blake Griffin finished with a double double, 29 points and 10 rebounds, before being ejected in the final minute in the fourth quarter. Rookie guards Miloš Teodosić and Tyrone Wallace finish with 12 points each, Wes finished with his first double double of the season, 11 points and 12 rebounds plus 4 blocks, and Montrezl Harrell finished with 10 points off the bench.
Clips playing their first game against CP3, turned it up defensively in the second half and Blake looked like his old self not settling for the jump shot but recognized the mismatches and took it to the rim. Lou did his thing plus Wes was great defensively tonight. This team is playing together, they stick up for each other and we still got Patrick Beverley hyping up the team on the bench.

Doing some dead weight hangs w foot pain today. Don't make excuses for why you can't move forward! There's always a way. Grip strength is important in the world of climbers, lifters, and bell swingers. Also a great way to stretch the back and feel your natural alignment when your hips hang. Lifting your legs in front will serve as a core exercise while shifting legs behind you will strengthen the back. If your new to pulls ups this is where to start. Try hanging with different grips for 30 sec each the first round and increase each set. If up for a challenge, add leg lifts, swings, knees up, or butt kicks.

We’re getting there...slowly. Sometimes through all the work especially the bad I have those, “why am I doing this, why I’m I still here, I’m not getting better fast enough,” thoughts. Just have to keep going tho. You can’t just not do that last rep. You have to do EVERY SINGLE ONE because if you skip a rep or a set or a lap...whatever it is in your training you make it that much easier to skip it the next time and the next. Don’t quit on yourself and learn to love the good and the bad. The good is great but too many good days can spoil you 😅. when it gets hard and you persist...that is when you become stronger. If I had to define the way I felt when watching this clip in one word it would be stressed. It’s no fun being the hunter and the hunted at the same time.
