This hot weather and #thevertuemethod got me into salads for lunch. I used to not really enjoy them, finding salads too boring but over the years, I learned how to make them better so I don't feel like a 🐰 eating! Along with the Vertue Method, I understood how to use even more veggies and how much protein I should use in every meal 🙌🏼This was my interpretation of a #nicoisesalad but #vegan of course! I will add the recipe to the blog this weekend so you can also make it 😁 it's also really easy to pack so you can enjoy a nice meal at work!
Having lived in Japan for 2 years, I can say that it's not the best, but still delicious. I usually order the Tonkatsu with pork belly, but today I decided to try one of their specials and was unfortunately disappointed by the very salty broth. However this place does serve the best homemade lemonade - not too sweet and a lot of ginger 🍋
