Week 1 compared to week 8.
8 weeks of consistent hard work.
There were slip ups and lack of motivation but determination overruled the miserable old me!
6kgs down, so much more energy, increase in strength and muscle, decrease in heart rate and cms. But most of all a happy, happy girl thanks to @thebod_ !! The most amazing thing I’ve ever done for myself - no starving, no endless hours of cardio, no deprivation of anything. Just trusting the process, eating 5 nutrient packed meals a day and pushing myself in ways I never would have thought possible!
