Diver scallop crudo with Meyer lemon, pickled radish, shiso, shaved kohlrabi, white balsamic ponzu, and crisp black sesame rice cracker. These sweet ocean jewels were served as the first course of my seafood-themed dinner with @chefmcpherson at @southendbuttery! Coming from New England, I have a great love for sea scallops 😍! Maybe scallop would be a great Finale idea to round out my MasterChef journey?
All hail the queen! The Regal Regis sandwich (created by Susan Regis of @shepard02138) will make your tastebuds feel like royalty. Tenderized flank steak, portobello, and soy, scallion, balsamic marinade served on French bread. 👑
