It was a fun day with my friends so I loosened the nutritional straight and narrow belt a little. Still made some mindful choices, but also didn't stop myself from indulging more than I should have! It's called balance and certainly not something I do on a daily basis.
Breakfast: an awesome cow and I enjoyed my usual @shakeology and 🌱🌱🌱
Lunch: club sandwich (minus lettuce) on multi grain bread and a small fruit cup
Lunch dessert: the most deliciously divine slice of "Better than Sex" cake 🎂 from the hidden Roanoke gem Wildflour
Dinner: grilled shrimp skewers, fruit bowl, sautéed green beans, and potato salad. For the record, I all but licked those bowls clean!
Dessert: brownie batter ice cream🍨
Water: my efforts are well worth it! About 180 ounces!! That is with walking, driving, laughing, and dancing all over town. BOOOOOM!
When making crock pot #bacon mac & cheese one must stop, smell the bacon and snap a picture. Still not sure why I have not put this #recipe on the #blog . #bestkeptsecret
