Recipe: 1/3 can chickpeas water (Aquafaba). 7g melted coconut oil. 7g cocoa powder. Sweetener of choice. Optional: vanilla Flavordrops.
Beat the Aquafaba until stiff. Mix coconut oil and cocoa with sweetener and fold the Aquafaba. Fill in a jar and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!

I remember the first time I did this, English class freshman year of high school. It was a foreign process, writing out every thought as it came through regardless of what it was, listening to how every thought lead to another series of thoughts. Peanut butter and banana really do make an epic combination :P. This smoothie bowl was made with a cut up, frozen banana, a tablespoon of smooth peanut butter, some cashew nut milk and some frozen pineapple and mango chunks. Simple but really tasty :). Falafel anyone? 🥙 (🇬🇧👇🏼)

I falafel sembrano una cosa difficilissima, in realtà basta davvero pochissimo! •
Lasciate in ammollo i ceci secchi per 12 ore, poi scolateli e frullateli con una manciata di prezzemolo tritato, 1/2 cipolla tagliata fine, cumino, sale e pepe.

Fate riposare per circa mezz’ora jn frigo e poi formate i vostri falafel. Passate in pangrattato, un filo d’olio e cuocete nel forno a 180 gradi per 20 minuti 👌🏻

(🇬🇧) Making falafel is easier then you think. Let chickpea soak in water for 12 hours, then pulse in a food processor with cilantro, salt, pepper and cumin. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, then form the falafel and cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle with olive oil and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 min ⏱

《Tahine de ajonjolí》

Ingredientes:
– 1 taza de sésamo (ajonjolí) tostado
– ½ taza de líquido (agua, aceite de semillas o aceite de oliva)
– 1/4 de cucharadita de sal

Instrucciones:
1. Poner todo en la licuadora o la procesadora
2. Procesar hasta que quede una pasta uniforme; no es necesario que quede muy lisa. Procesar demasiado puede dañar el sabor 《Baba ganoush》

Ingredientes:
– 3 berenjenas medianas
– 2 dientes de ajo
– ½ taza de pasta de tahine
– 1 cdita de comino molido
– 1 cda de sal gruesa
– 3 limones (jugo)
– 3 cdas de aceite de oliva o agua
– ½ cdita de paprika o pimienta roja molida
– 2 cdas de perejil común picado (que no sea perejil crespo) para decorar

Instrucciones:
1. Poner las berenjenas directamente contra la llama de un quemador de gas, y dejar que se quemen entre 10 y 30 minutos, hasta que aparezcan ampollas en su piel.
2. Pelarlas, partirlas longitudinalmente al medio, retirar las semillas grandes y descartarlas. Ponerlas contra un colador y, con la ayuda de una cuchara, retirar el exceso de líquido. (Otra forma de cocinar las berenjenas es cortándolas en tajadas de 1 cm de grueso, ponerlas en agua con bastante sal y dejarlas ahí 30 minutos para desamargarlas. Escurrirlas bien y asarlas en la parrilla o en una sartén.)
3. Procesar todos los ingredientes (con licuadora normal/de mano o con procesador) hasta que tenga consistencia cremosa.
4. Servir y decorar con perejil picado. 《Hummus de garbanzo》

Ingredientes:
– ¾ de taza (135 gr) de garbanzos remojados en agua toda una noche o 1 lata de garbanzos cocidos
– 4 dientes de ajo
– 3 cdas de pasta de tahine
– 2 cditas de comino molido
– 1 cdita de sal gruesa
– 1 limón (jugo)
– 3 cdas de aceite de oliva o agua
– ½ cdita de paprika

Instrucciones:
1. Si se utilizan garbanzos remojados durante la noche anterior: cambiar el agua, pasarlos a una olla y cubrirlos con 5 centímetros de agua. Poner al fuego y una vez que el agua hierva, tapar la olla y cocinar a fuego muy bajo por unas dos horas, hasta que estén suaves. Durante la cocción verificar que el agua no se seque, de ser necesario agregar un poco más. (Opcional: dejar enfriar los garbanzos y, pasándolos por la man

Another quicky and delicious recipe for you. Who loves couscous? Easier doesn't exist!
For 3 people
1 teao cup of coucous soaked in 1 tea cup of hot water until there is no more water
1 tea cup cooked white beans - befere you cook them soak them during the night and cook them with bay leaves
1 small onion
10 cherry tomatoes
1 table spoon of ghee
1 tea spoon of cumin
1 tea spoon of turmeric
Rosemary as you like
Heat the cumin and the rosemary with the ghee, fry the onion until it is soft and mix all the others ingredients. The last ones should be the tomatoes, just let them heat not cook. Salt and pepper as you want and done!

White Beans is good source of protein, eating beans is really important for Ayurveda. You just have to be carefull with the cooking process and if you are Vata never eat it very dry, if you are Kapha never with lots of broth. Beans and garlic not a very good combination, yes I know all Brazilians love it, but try this recipe on, you will see that you don't need it rs

Why do I have cucumber and lime in water?
So I bought this glass bottle yesterday because I didn’t want to buy a plastic cup for my juice that I was buying. So I went home and thought how can I reuse this? I put water, lime and cucumber in the bottle and put it in the fridge. I actually did it because I thought it would make the water taste good (it does) but there are actually quite a few benefits to drinking cucumber and lime water. 
Staying hydrated is key to good skin but the silica and antioxidants in cucumbers also help skin stay clear and supple. As for the lime, it consists of water and is an extremely good source of vitamin C. It is also rich in minerals like calcium, iron, potassium, copper, magnesium, and phosphorous.

¤1 cup frozen mango chunks ¤1 frozen chopped banana ¤1 tbsp lemon juice

⁉️How'd you like your pancakes?

🎩Weekends are made for pancakes and pancakes made for weekends so here is a super simple 3 ingredient vegan pancake recipe.
*
📍3 Cups oats 📍2 Ripe bananas
📍2 Cups almond milk
*
1️⃣Using a food processor blend oats into flour. Add bananas, almond milk and blend into batter
*
2️⃣Heat a none stick pan on a medium heat and pour 1/3 cup of batter in the pan creating a small circle and repeat.
* 
3️⃣Cook until bubbles appear around the edges and flip. Make sure both sides are golden brown.
*
♻️Serve with maple syrup, berries, peanut butter, or even more bananas if you like!

Surprise surprise, more nicecream! 😂

10 small frozen bananas, 1 tablespoon carob powder, 1 tablespoon cacao powder. 
I used roasted carob this time (i usually use raw.) which made it taste quite strong and a little bitter if I'm honest! 😬😝
But... I balanced it by adding pitted medjools on top, and pure maple syrup. 
Finished with buckwheat groats. 😊

Warm Brie with Fig and Pistachio Tapenade

Ingredients
1
8-ounce round Brie cheese
1/2
cup dry-roasted pistachio nuts, chopped
1/3
cup dried figs, stems removed and chopped
2
tablespoons honey
1/4
teaspoon coarse sea salt
Baked puff pastry squares, baguette slices, crackers, and/or pear or apple slices

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place Brie on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or just until warmed through. Place warm Brie on a serving platter.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan combine nuts, figs, and honey. Cook and stir over medium-low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until honey is melted and nut mixture is evenly coated.
Spoon nut mixture over the Brie. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve with puff pastry squares, baguette slices, crackers, and/or pear or apple slices.

Grilled cabbage, parsnip, quinoa and pear salad

My love affair with cabbage is fairy recent. It began after 30 (so now you know I am not that old at all!) when I was introduced to a fennel spiced Srilankan cabbage dish. Since then I eat cabbage at least twice a week and even juice with it. Apparently it is packed with nutrients and minerals and has amazing benefits when fermented. Hands up those who like cabbage?? I am quite opposed to taking multivitamin and mineral pills unless indicated on a blood test and like to rely on vegetables and fruits for all my nutritional needs. My husband however blatantly ignores my medical advice, but then again it is fairly obvious who the healthier one in our relationship is!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

Cabbage: 1/2 cut into 1 inch thick circles
Parsnip: 3-4 cut length wise in halves
Pear: 1 ripe pear cut in circles
Quinoa: 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
Agave: 2 Tbsp, I used @bionaorganic dark agave
Liquid aminos or soya sauce or tamari: 2 Tbsp, I used @bragglivefoods liquid aminos
Thyme: 3-4 sprigs
Olive oil: 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1) Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
2) Mix together agave, liquid aminos and 1 Tbsp olive oil in a bowl and with a brush paint the marinade on to the cabbage circles to cover both side. You should have some marinade left.
3) Grease a baking tray with olive oil and place the cabbage circle in it. Add a few sprig of thyme
4) Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet and when oil is hot add the parsnips cut surface down to the skillet. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and turn the parsnips over and cook till the they begin to charr.
5) With tongs transfer the parsnips to the baking tray with the cabbage. Bake for 45-50 minutes flipping cabbage half way
6) To assemble, arrange quinoa in a plate and evenly arrange the ripe pear circles on quinoa. Place the cabbage on the pear so that the juices from the cabbage seep into the pear. Arrange parsnips between the cabbage. Season as require and enjoy!

The nutrients in beetroots are heat sensitive, so with the rise in cooking time and temperature, the antioxidant content decreases 🌺Beetroot is rich in Vitamin C which is a water soluble vitamin that can be destroyed by cooking! it also loses more than 25 percent of its folate when cooked. So it is best to eat them raw 💗 beets are as happy in a soup (peeled and blended), juice, salad, dip or beet root hummus!
