Vegan frozen yogurt pops with crunchy choc-nola by @elsas_wholesomelife 💗
Recipe: (makes 4)
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup dragonfruit or berries
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 medjool date (pitted)
1/4 cup vegan chocolate granola (store bought or homemade)
1 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tsp cacao nibs
How to make:
1. Add the dragonfruit/berries, peanut butter, dates and half of the coconut yogurt to a blender, blend smooth.
2. Sprinkle the granola, coconut and nibs in the popsicle moulds and pour over the mixture, spoon the rest of the coconut yogurt over and give it a little swirl with a popsicle stick.
3. Place in the freezer to set overnight.
4. Eat straight from the freezer!
Optional yummy extra: you may like to melt down dark chocolate and pour a couple of teaspoons over the set pops and sprinkle with extra granola, coconut and nibs. #bestofvegan

C'est en retestant ma recette de crème chantilly végane pour le stage de cuisine d'août en Valais que j'ai eu l'idée de ce sandwich à la crème glacée et c'est plutôt réussi! ! Avec un biscuit matcha sans gluten et quelques myrtilles a l'intérieur de la creme! 😍
Version sans sucre ajouté pour moi et même comme ça c'est très sympa! 😊 avec un bon thé chaud au gingembre, je comme qui dirait kiffe ma life! 😂
Fun fact: these bananas are so ripe that when trying to take a picture they kept falling off the bundle and on to the floor oops🙊 Two were already missing by the time I took this one haha🍌 Good thing it is time for a smoothie anyway!💗

Most delicious carrot cake oats I think I've ever made. (If I do say so myself) I mixed my oats in the pan with cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger, grated carrot, @formnutrition vanilla protein, @alpro almond milk & water. I then mixed some nuts and seeds, blueberries & leftover carrot with some maple and coconut oil until it was all deliciously crispy! Yum v late start to a Wednesday! ✨
Probably the prettiest protein pancakes I have ever made hehe they’re perfectly sweet and fluffy and I used the @vega_team ’s vanilla performance protein powder. The recipe, along with my tofu protein banana ice-cream (aka my lover) is up! 😊 And of course, I had to share my love for the @ozerybakery morning rounds yup. How many savoury meals can i add hash browns too?......All of them 😂😂 My housemate had friends over for dinner & she made a ton of gazpacho so there was leftovers for the next day. Luckily she couldn't eat all of it it, because i was feeling super lazy & had no idea what i wanted to make. After walking around the kitchen for about 10mins looking confused 😂 she said i could have some. The oil i added on top has unintentionally made a little smiley face too, its amused me for way longer than i'd like to admit 🙈

Stole the cucumber 🥒 from my roommate and topped it on some salad with avocado and tahini 🥑 raw and easy, exactly what I need when lacking time.

Just because I thought you should know: this @clifbar , mint and white chocolate macadamia are my favourites. AND why? Well just because I like to talk about food 😝: Blueberry tastes too sweet but healthy, chocolate chip is a bit plain, who's got time for oatmeal raisin when you're having a treat?, oh but pb crunch & toffee are pre good too if you like sweet PB👅.
