You want money? write an amount you wish to have, change your phone background to a picture of the amount of money you would like to have. Do you want love? Change your phone background to a picture of someone you love. .
That is how you manifest. Put something is your subconscious mind by continuously reminding yourself about what you want.

I was craving a #burritobowl biiigtime and I'll be totally honest I have no idea what actually goes into them or how to make them so I just kinda made it up...
I just fried off some peppers, chucked in two different @tildarice pouches, a tin of sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes, a tin of mixed beans, some @heckfooduk sausages and a packet of ham. Stir fried the lot with some taco seasoning and made some 'guacamole' - (just avocado and #freefrom sour cream mashed together), and some salsa 💃🏻✨
Probably going to eat this for every meal, every day for the rest of my life 🤷🏻♀️
Can I just be honest here? Life can be rough sometimes. I’m really trying to figure it out, who I am and where I’m supposed to be. I’ve been SO in my head lately, and not just about fitness, but about personal craziness as well. Where am I meant to go? Which path is best? Am I making the wrong decision here? Am I overthinking this? (Probably). Sometimes I just really can’t get out of my head and it makes me crazy. Who can relate?🙋🏻 but despite all the craziness and confusion I’m putting on a smile and finding the positive bc as cliche as it might sound- life is too short to be anything but happy. #positivevibes and everything will fall into place when it is supposed to happen #timingiseverything

Mid-week meal prep 👍🏼 because I like my food as fresh as possible I meal prep 2X / week and consistently create the same dish but switch out the types of veggies 😍 eating in season is especially important because our bodies recognize the nutrients from our food and can assimilate it better. It also helps keep our immunity strong as we head into the flu and cold season. It’s very difficult to come by genuine people these days especially in this fitness industry which is all about looks and outer beauty. But it certainly is the biggest asset to have a best friend who shares the same passion and work ethic AND THE LOVE FOR FOOD 😂😂
It’s crazy to think we both went to same university but never met until after graduation and since then we have made some epic memories and trips. This was our first loss since we both didn’t win our classes but also made us that much more mad and driven.
Back to classes, a normal sleep schedule, goal setting, and the usual fitness/health/wellness routine!
The past few weeks definitely challenged me to step out of that routine, but contained some of the most cherished moments of my life so far 😊
When you step away from your usual daily activities, you really notice and appreciate the little aspects of that routine which set your productivity, focus, and mentality.
For me, these include:
✨Taking a bit of time each morning to remind myself of monthly, weekly, and daily goals
✨Writing 3 points in a gratitude journal
✨Structured gym time

There’s no excuse to live a sedentary life. You don’t have to be a hardcore gym goer or weightlifter but there are so many different ways to stay physically active that you can have fun with.
One of my 2017 goals was to get into boxing and working with @nitemare_916 and @josh_thetrainer here in this picture has made me love it and makes me feel like a badass so I look forward to every session. You’ll never know what you like if you don’t give it a shot.
Side note, I’m thinking outdoor cycling for 2018 😏🤔🚴🏾♀️
🥓🍔 Bacon burgers for the win! 96% lean beef means center-cut bacon is the perrrrfect combo to add some fat to my meal!
I like to use lean cuts of meat so that I can add fun things like bacon or avocado or nut butters to them and still enjoy the things I love. The fitness industry LOVES to demonize foods, but think about this. 2 tbsp of peanut butter has about 14g of fat and 7g of protein, and these burgers with two slices of bacon is going to have less than 10g of fat and more than 30g of protein. It’s about perception guys!!! Read labels and enjoy your life!
I frequently get asked about how many hours I spend in the gym a day. People are often surprised when I tell them that I knock out my workout within 45 minutes, no longer than an hour. 😳 "Dang! I'm in the gym for two to three hours a day and don't look like that!"... well, that used to be me a couple years ago. But now I ain't got time for all that with so much going on in life. 🙅🏻 Dont get me wrong, If that's what you love to do and you wanna camp out in the gym that's fine (I get lost and find myself there just enjoying it too sometimes); however, don't feel obligated or think that spending countless long hours in the gym is what's going to get you the best results. 🎯 Honestly, if fat loss, increased performance, and toning is your goal (mass building and powerlifting will be a different ball game) you can achieve more by supersetting your workouts, putting exercises together to hit multiple muscle groups, AND most importantly, making better choices with your nutrition.
