Half kneel - working on maintaining good IAP and load through left leg while reaching up and rotating upper trunk against resistance. .
The @core360belt is providing him with cueing to create good IAP to start, then gives him feedback as he reaches up to help him maintain appropriate levels of IAP through the movement. .
Without the @core360belt his stomach was pulling in and up as he reached against resistance because he was unable to maintain good postural diaphragm function. .
For his home program, we took away the resistance and just had him do the movement actively. You can see in the video he is working hard not to shift off of the left leg as he reaches, and that by the 3rd repetition he is shifting his weight to the right leg and bending his trunk to the side. .
