Oyster perfection at the Polo Club in the Beverly Hills Hotel, one of my favorite LA memories from childhood. We had an incredible lunch there last week and while sipping Chardonnay and eating oysters I went down memory lane. The place feels the same as it ever did in all the most epic of ways. Fish tacos by the Montage pool, Beverly Hills style. What a perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon. Did I mention that their margaritas & coconut water must also be the order of the day? Pampering at its best.
Simply put, this fish plating while certainly the most beautiful of the dishes we ordered at Citizen Restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills, it actually tasted as good as it presents. Love this funky eclectic restaurant with both outdoor and indoor dining! This delicious halibut is prepared with sun hikes, black butter and shaved asparagus.
