A dica de hoje para o fim de semana é o @le_bife do chef Erick Jacquin. Você escolhe a proteína e os acompanhamentos a vontade são servidos na mesa. Por ter um cardapio enxuto e com acompanhamentos simples, tudo é muito saboroso e bem executado. A batata frita é sensacional! E os legumes amanteigados deliciosos!!! 😋😋😋 tinha #cuscuzmarroquino, lasanha de berinjela, batata gratinada.. O filet mignon estava ao ponto e muito macio e saboroso. A visit to Swee Kee (more commonly known as Ka Soh) left me disappointed. Their other branch at college road made the Bib Gourmand list in 2016 and I was looking forward to some killer fish soup. Unfortunately that was not to be. Their signature fish soup noodles (SGD 24 for 3-4 pax) had tons of fresh sliced fish but the soup base wasn't as robust as I would have liked. Their other signature dishes the prawn paste chicken  and their san lou hor fun also didn't impress. Surprisingly the deep fried seafood tofu was their saving grace. Regardless, doubt I'll be back

先日の定休日に社長が今季の初釣りに出掛け、大物を1本揚げてきました!70〜75cmほどあり、重さは5kgオーバー‼️
オホーツク海側で朝駆けした甲斐があったそうです。
雌鮭でなんと立派な筋子のおまけ付き♪
今日の日替わりで早速使わせていただきます。
かつては“猟師”だった社長も今季初釣りの釣果に、今や“漁師”になれるかと興奮しておりました。

雌より雄の方が美味しいといわれる鮭ですが、このサイズになると身もふっくらとしていて大変美味しいです。
脂気は少ない分をクリームソースのコクで補い、塩気は早速漬けた自家製塩イクラで。
クリームソースと一緒にお召し上がりください。
旬の味覚をお届けできることを社長と自然に感謝です。
