Back 🔙 & Biceps 💪🏼 Workout for Women—
I’m convinced most girls in the gym are beauty school dropouts, hence they’re cute hair buns and updos.  I try to put my hair into a bun and I look like a demonic child of Whoville. —Last half of my back and biceps workout.  I usually tend to mix back and biceps together with supersets or trisets but since I was away I did a leisurely back workout and then went into arms.  1️⃣ I’m using my @iprfitness ISO handles for these cable bicep curls.  I sometimes see people doing these and there’s kind of a bounce or a slight rocking back and forth motion, like they can’t really handle the weight they’re trying to move so they’re building momentum to curl it up.  Really focus on your form and try to keep your torso upright and core tight, elbows at your sides and don’t allow them to swing forward into the lift. for 2️⃣ &3️⃣ try to raise that weight slowly and then focus on taking the same amount of time to slowly lower the weight.  I swear you will feel so much more of a burn when you focus on your form and tempo instead of being fixated on the amount of weight.  Not suggesting you pick up those 3lb pink Barbie dumbbells.  Just sayin maybe don’t start with the 45 pounders..

Posted first half of this workout in last arms post. Two supersets to finish the bis and tris.
1️⃣First one I alternated between a hammer and regular dumbbell preacher curl. Controlled movement up and down. Note the “don’t do this” segment— swinging with momentum erratically and wildly 2️⃣ focus on keeping the shoulder to elbow stationary to really isolate those triceps. 3️⃣ for the ez bar spider curls try to focus on not bringing those elbows forward into the lift, that would indicate you’re swinging the weight up with momentum instead of an isolated control. 4️⃣ last one, again shoulder to elbows stationary and think about keeping those elbows in every time you raise the bar. .

Today is back and biceps. I like to start my biceps with heavy main exercise because it is already warmed up due to back session. I pyramid up to 57.5kg and I did 3sets in that. Luckily because of the genetic of my biceps is  developing quickly so I don't need to kill it as much than my others muscle groups. But I still need more gains.. I am hungry for that 😬
