•This is a really good example of doing Supersets considerately in the gym.
•I have used minimal equipment and space and have achieved as you can see a very effective Superset - tough!!

Let’s continue with the “old school” theme today. This is another arm exercise which used to be very popular in the 1960s/1970s (assuming what I have read is correct of course) but isn’t commonly seen anymore. This is a variation of basic barbell curls which is called 21s. It is 7 bottom half reps, followed by 7 top half reps, and then finally 7 full range reps. If I am being fussy Marie is going a tiny bit too low on the top half reps (sorry Marie, please don’t hate me!), but this was my fault because I gave her a weight which was slightly too heavy. 
You will need to use the same weight which you can do 15 normal style/full range reps with. 
I love these, and every client that tries them loves them as well!

As you can tell from the last 2 posts I do like some arm isolation work, but I don’t recommend  spending 2 hours doing 50 sets for them every Friday night (which I witness a lot of people doing!). That’s going more than a little overboard!

Today I tried a banana shake (with water not milk) kept sipping during my workout. Seriously kept me going. Caution - if you use milk you might upset your belly which you don't want happening. So banana carbs worked for me

Hola gente!! Por acá les dejo dos ejercicios de bíceps que uso en mi rutina. Cada uno trabaja una parte diferente del bíceps, lo cual es muy bueno ya que hipertrofiamos diferentes partes de este. A mí me gusta hacer 5 repeticiones de cada uno en una superserie, unas 3 veces. Pero hacerlos por separado es otra muy buena opción también. Espero que les sirva y que los pongan en práctica, ambos trabajan muy bien los brazos. Si les gusta que suba este tipo de videos recomendando ejercicios sin pesas háganmelo saber en los comentarios!
