4- learn how to stay in a budget ( spending my money wisely )
5- saving up for my own place by 2019 🏡

Karaoke & Curls in “The Shed” .
Kicking off the Back, Biceps, Abs & Cardio Workout
Performance by rock climber, obstacle course racer, and ShedFitStrong athlete known as “Thunder” who is currently training for a Spartan Race Trifecta and The Cherry Blossom 10 miler.
1a. Barbell Deadlifts: 5 sets of 12
1b. Dumbbell Curl: 5 sets of 12
2a. One-arm, dumbbell row: 5 sets of 12
2b. Elbows to Knees Crunch Holding dumbbell: 5 sets of 15
3a. Cannonball or towel pull ups: 5 sets of 10
3b. Russian twists: 5 sets of 15 each side
4a. Straight bar curl: 5 sets of 8-12
4b. Back extensions: 5 sets of 15
Complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises in 12 minutes:
5a. Dumbbell bent-over row (or landmine row): 10 reps
5b. Pullovers (or band row): 10 reps
5c. Leg lifts: 10 reps
Finishers: --2 sets: 7x21s (bar or dumbbell) - 7 top part of curl, 7 bottom and 7 full reps.

I was having some [ major ] knee pain this week so switched up my normal crossfit for some traditional lifting at the gym. I focused Wednesday of biceps & triceps and tonight on chest & back. It was a very •humbling• challenge to do a workout full of dumbbell curls, butterflies, skull crushes, and push-ups. I loved how different and hard it was from me 💪🏽🔥It was a nice reminder that switching up my routine from time to time ⏰ is awesome not only for my muscles, but also my mind 🙇🏻♀️ • Happy FriYAY #fitfam
