Which makes them use their shoulder, back, and momentum to just get the dumbbell up. So, here's a few tips on how to better perfect your curl. 💪🏽 Tip #1 – Don’t Allow Your Shoulders And Elbows To move, from the dumbbell to the start of your elbow should be the only thing moving
Tip #2 – Keep Your Elbows Pinned At Your Sides
Tip #3 – Contract Your Triceps At The Bottom Of Each Rep
Tip #4 – Keep Your Wrists Aligned In A Neutral Or Slightly Extended Position
Tip #5 – Keep Your Back Straight And Minimize The Use Of Momentum
Tip #6 - Stay with a decent weight and push till failure!
