Would like to thank @mr.beverlyhill and @krishna_kdub for showing me some crazy workouts today! Here's some Arnold and Neath barbell curls! Doing this workout at the end for a burnout is so awesome to do with you gym buddy, it kinda shows who is stronger but mastering same tempo is key, also really helps motivate you to never stop absolutely amazing finisher because once one guy slows down the other can pick up the slack then once he fatigues you can pick back up the slack and just keep burning out! Highly recommend you try this at the end of any arm workout 😁

The most important secret I can tell you is that no matter what your goal is whether it be getting in better shape or making a certain amount of money or changing the lives of your kids or creating the ultimate relationship you’ll ever have in your life you must back up your standards with the word make those standards real and that is your rituals. The way that you get results is breaking up your massive problems or goals into tiny bite-size pieces that are manageable break them into little things that you can do each day so that way when you do get each one of them done you’ll have so much momentum that is easy to succeed you have these little victories day after day after day on little things. Rituals even if you don’t realize it fully right now define who you are and all the results in your Life or made up of your rituals. You also have to realize that success and failure or not giant events that just show up out of nowhere you don’t just suddenly become successful or suddenly have this cataclysmic event that ruins your life all though it may seem that way that event happened because you missed all the little stuff all the little failures came together that caused this big event. Chest and Biceps today. I felt like I could have started heavier, but I trusted @krisgethin and started with a weight that was comfortable, by the end, it didn't matter. I was able to keep a 120+ watt average on the #rowmachine even though it was 3min easy/1min hard for 15 mins!

Arm day! 💪🏻 Definitely felt it! We did heavy today and it’s safe to say that I have spaghetti arms! Lol. Arm day is my fav, of course 💁🏼 lol. I can remember when I first started to workout, I struggled so much with lifting 5 pounds 🤦🏼‍♀️ and today I can do 30-40... struggling 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I get through the set. Lol. My pain face though! 😂

Usually a dumbbell preacher curl will create the most challenge at the bottom of the range, with this dropping off as you get closer to the top.  If your gym has a machine preacher you can create more of a full range challenge.

There’s 2 main cues I really focus on when doing this exercise:
.
1) Thinking about driving the upper forearm into the Bicep.
.
2) Driving the back of your arm (triceps) into the pad hard to initiate the movement. .
.
Lucky to be able to use this plate loaded piece from @primefitnessusa at the @kingdom_gym .  By loading the plates in the middle you can maximise challenge in the mid range, which is a nice variation from the standard preacher curls I’ve been doing.
.
Side note: don’t let anything put you off your set (not like me in this video). The gym walls could be falling down around you and you gotta maintain that focus on the set.
