8/9 lifts with a total of 610kg/1342lbs (47.5kg/105lbs PB since last comp which was in March).
Here are my last two attempts on squats (opener not filmed):
230kg/506lbs ✅ (first clip)
240kg/528lbs ❌ (second clip)
I still seem to have an issue of descending too fast and going a bit too deep but it's made significant improvements. Really happy with squats! 💪🏻
did my first meet today. did good and bad at the same damn time 🤔. got 440 squat (10lb pr) 225 bench (weak af and it made my total suck and whats worse is i know i can atleast do 245 which is still weak) and 530 deadlift (15lb pr)
First deadlift session in the bachelor pad's garage👍🏽 hit some beltless sets on the easy side of #300 for sets of six, using my #55 stiff bar. Lemme tell ya...when the bar doesn't flex as much, it's quite a bit harder😆
Feeling lean at a BW of #131 . The #132 class will be no problem.
