A little reminder that Summer is a thing. Thank you, Katie!
Happy Saturday beautiful souls, I hope you’re doing well ♥️✨ Sending you much love and wishing you a very berry weekend 😉🍓
Today I had, how I called it, a December smoothie: dark and cold with frozen fruits and some dry ingredients from another seasons. I am wondering what should contain a perfect winter smoothie, what colour should it be like? Saying smoothie I mean rather cold drink not the warm one. So my friends that's the question for tonight haha😂 if you have any ideas just leave them in the comments below.
1 frozen banana
120 g silken tofu
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp aronia powder from @go_aronia
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp coconut milk 75 %
handful blackberries .
a couple of billberies for decoration and raspberry powder for doing mess.😄
Mix everything together well and serve as you like.Bon appetit😉💚👌
Did you know that blackberries are one of the few fruits that contain heart-protective Vitamin E? Not to mention, they're also full of tannin. Tannins help in tightening the tissues and alleviating inflammation. Add a few blackberries to your next salad or smoothie for some extra vitamins! www.drkellyann.com

White chocolate cheesecake with blackberry sauce.
I had leftover white chocolate chip in my pantry.
Decided to make cheesecake with it.
1 package of cream cheese
1 large egg
3/4 cup white chocolate chip
1/4 cup heavy cream
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Store bought Graham pie crust
1 package of blackberry
2 tablespoons white wine
2oz strawberry guava jelly
1. Mix room temperature cream cheese in a bow. Add egg and mix well.
2. Add white chocolate chip and heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave 30-40 sec to just melt the chocolate chip. Mix well.
3. Mix chocolate mixture, vanilla extract and cream cheese.
4. Pour mixture in pie crust. Bake 325 degrees for 50 min. Let it cool.
5. Cook Blackberries, white wine and jelly in a pan until it become saucy. (See pictures)
6. Pour blackberry sauce over the cheesecake.
Let it cool in the fridge.
I used strawberry guava jelly because I had small size jar from my friend in Hawaii.
I could use sugar instead but it turned out very yummy.
It goes good with earl gray tea.
Husband and kids approved the recipe.
