Esta receta está inspirada en los chocolates preferidos de mi mamá, los ‘after eight’, unos chocolates muy finitos con un relleno de menta y una cobertura de chocolate amargo. Estas bolitas energéticas no tienen nada que envidiarles a los famosos chocolates, pero a diferencia de éstos, estas bolitas energéticas son 100% saludables, no contienen azúcar refinada y están cargadas de energía y antioxidantes. Con la cobertura de té de matcha y menta son perfectas para servir como un postre o para acompañar un café a la tarde. Sin la cobertura son súper prácticas para llevar en el bolso y tener un snack energético para antes del gym, después de entrenar o cuando te agarra ese ataque de hambre de media tarde! No necesitan cocción, lo único que necesitás es una procesadora y unos pocos ingredientes: - avena
- cacao puro en polvo
- aceite de coco(yo uso el virgen de @aceitesnapus)
- dátiles - almendras
- aceite esencial de menta apto comestible (o saborizante natural)
- melaza de caña
- leche vegetal

Remember these? Yesss they were good! 🙌🏻 Thinking about making a new batch soon. 
I made a couple with: - dates
- oats
- peanut butter
- flaxseed
- walnuts. 
Rolled them in flaxseed and hempseed.

And another batch with:
- dates
- chocolate
- almonds
- almond flour
- a pinch of salt. 
I rolled these ones in coconut and matcha.

The great part is thing is: it doesn't take a lot of time at all.. 👌🏻
Throw all the ingredients in your food processor, add a tiny bit of water and blend it! (if it's still too dry - add a bit more water) 
Roll roll roll roll roll roll and ENJOY! 💕🙌🏻

It's beginning to look (and smell AND taste) a lot like Christmas with this delicious blend! 🎅 Landed in chilly London this afternoon and our OnGuard is at hand. We're rolling some on the bottoms of our feet and dabbing behind our ears to help clear any nasties from our 14 hour flight.

Loaded with ingredients for immune support including cinnamon, clove, wild orange, rosemary and eucalyptus, it's an amazing travel companion for protection against environmental and seasonal changes. It also kills off bacteria and viruses - we've been using it as a hand sanitiser while travelling Asia. This blend smells like Christmas in a bottle and is safe to use in cooking and drinks! I'll be using it to make spiced rum bliss balls and mulled wine (with apple or grape juice) for the fam.👌

The sun has just gone down (it's 4.30pm wahh) and we're wrapped under our hotel doona 🙈⛄ Safe to say, the op shop jacket, beanie, scarf and glove mission starts tomorrow 😅

Happy Monday! It’s Bliss Ball season so I made some Christmasy bliss balls heavy on the walnuts and cinnamon. Really delicious 🙌🏻
Recipe: 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 cup oats (ground finely), 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cloves, 7-8 medjool dates, 1/4 cup maple syrup and lots of cinnamon. Throw everything in the food processor until it starts to form a dough like quality. Be patient, it takes a few minutes and you have to scrape the sides often. Roll into little balls and dip into cocoa powder or shredded coconut or more cinnamon if you like. They are pretty amazing just plain, too! Makes about 12-15. •

Deets:
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup walnuts
3 tbs @foodsalive cacao powder
1tsp @foodsalive maca powder
2 tbs @barneybutter (cocoa + coconut almond butter)
2 tbs @absolute_organic coconut flour
shredded coconut for coating from @sprouts
You blend all the ingredients in a food processor, roll into balls and coat in coconut. Store them in the fridge and enjoy. They dont last for too long as they are freaking delicious. I usually eat them in the morning before my work out or in the afternoon as my snack (yup, i have a sweet tooth).

Pro tip: don't be discourage if y'all don't have all the ingredients, you can use different nuts, or skip maca powder all together. Its all about having fun in the kitchen, eating real ingredients and enjoying life.
I also think these would be a great healthy alternative to a healthy dessert for Christmas 🎄 .

Happy Monday with these RAW - you can call them Christmas Energy Balls I will call them MY BDAY PRALINES. 🎉

Ingredients:
1 cup overnight soaked and deshydrated walnuts (or cashew or almonds) 
1 cup medjool dates 
a few soaked raisins 
1 tsp tahini 
2 tsp coconut flavour (or shredded coconut) 
cinnamon
vanilla powder (or extract)
1 Tbsp orange juice (optional or when the dough is too sticky)

Coatings: coconut milk powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, etc.

Method
1. In a food processor, grind the nuts into a rough flour
2. Add the rest of ingredients and keep processing until a  moist dough is formed.
3. Roll into small balls and then coat in whatever you like. 
4. Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. 
Close your eyes and enjoy every bite! 😍

PS: I’m not experimenting with new photo techniques, it just took me the whole afternoon to make this balls and the Sun was faster than my hands rolling the balls ☺️

Feliz lunes con estos RAW- los podéis llamar Trufas Navideñas, yo los voy a llamar PRALINES CUMPLEAÑERAS. 
Ingredientes:
1 vaso de nueces (o anacardos o almemdras) - previamente en remojo y secados otra vez
1 vaso de dátiles Medjool
un par de pasas sultanas
1 cucharadita de tahini
2 cucharaditas de harina de coco (o coco rallado)
canela 
vainilla en polvo (o extracto)
1 cuchara del zumo de naranja (opcional o cuando la masa sale muy densa)

Para envolver: 
Leche de coco en polvo, coco rallado o nueces picados 
Preparación: 
1. Procesamos los nueces hasta obtener una harina gruesa. 
2. Añadimos el resto de los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa pegajosa.
3. Con las manos creamos las bolitas y los rebosamos en coco ralleto u ptra cosa al gusto. 
4. Dejamos un par de horas en la nevera.
Cerrad los ojos y a disfrutar cada mordisco! 😘

Need a little extra fuel to get through the week? I’ve got you covered! → SALTED CARAMEL ENERGY BALLS. 
One of my clients gave me the ingredients to make her favorite salted caramel apple dip (cashew butter + coconut nectar + Celtic sea salt), and I used that as inspo for some ballz. Perfect for breakfast on the go or a preworkout bite! 
1 cup oats 
1/2 cup (8 TBS) nut butter - I used cashew, but any would work
2 TBS raw coconut nectar - this is what gives it the caramel taste, but honey would also work
2 TBS chia seeds 
5 pitted dates - optional, but recommended for that quick energy! 
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together and roll into 10 balls. ~130 calories per serving (7g fat, 15g carbs, 4g protein). Pairs hella good with @traderjoes salted caramel coffee.

Ingredients: chickpeas, cashew butter, @sunwarriortribe natural protein powder, chia seeds (optional)*, @organikahealth maca powder (optional), pure vanilla extract, sea salt, stevia or raw honey (nonvegan), and @giddyyoyo cacao nibs. 😋

I was so inspired by the tea Santa's Babe peppercorn from @teaandthegang, that I also came up with a second recipe !
My new recipe: Santa's Babe chocolate balls
Ingredients:
120g ground walnuts
220g dark vegan chocolate
120g brown suger
130g orange jam
120g marzipan
100ml water
50ml fresh orange juice
2 teabags Santa Babe peppercorn 
Topping: 2 teabags cocoa powder or ground nuts

1.First boil up the water with the orange juice and put two teabags inside. Let it sit for 7 minutes. Boil the liquid down to 3-4 tablespoons,....the tea smells wonderful !
2.Melt the chocolate and combine it with nuts, suger, jam and marzipan. Also put the orange-tea-water sirup into the mixture and kneat it for a while. Form small balls with moist hands ( around two to three centimeters large )
3.Cut open the teabags and roll the chocolateballs either in teacocoa powder or nuts
4.Store the balls in a cool place.

Peanut butter choc cookie dough balls 💕 I could’ve rolled them in something to make them pretty, but that would have lengthened the time it took to eat them so nope! These take about 3 minutes to make and are so addictive- especially for those in love with the choc/peanut combo! In a large bowl combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 2 tbsp oat flour, 2 tbsp cocoa and 1/4 cup rice malt syrup. Gingerbread bliss balls, yay or nay? Christmas is so close ekkkkk and I love anything gingerbread. When I don't have time to make cookies, I whip these up and they satisfy all my needs, give me loads of energy and are healthy mommy approved 🤰🙌 I love fall spices and the rich deep flavour of molasses, which is also incredibly healthy for you. Some of its benefits include being rich in antioxidants, vital vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium, magnesium, vit B6, and the elusive selenium.

Gingerbread Bliss Balls
(Makes about 15 balls)
-1 cup of medjool dates
-1 cup of almonds
-1/4 cup of walnuts
-1 tbsp of unsulphured molasses
-1 tbsp of coconut flour
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1 tsp of fresh ginger
-1/4 tsp of nutmeg
-1/4 tsp of cloves

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistently is achieved. Roll in coconut and place in a airtight container, they'll last a week in the fridge or over a month in the freezer. Enjoy!

Coffee, Date and Pecan Bliss Balls from @hunhun007 .They are so creamy, and the coffee and dates go so well together. You actually have to soak the dates in the coffee first which I such a good idea. I love the choice of pecans as the primary nuts, they aren't overpowering in taste, but definitely the right choice. Also the cacao powder gives it a little extra. Such an awesome pick me up snack and so convenient to make in bulk!

🔸1/4 cup goji berries

Have you ever made something to eat just because you thought a plate was designed especially for that thing?! :)) Well, I certainly have! 🙋These pistachio matcha bliss balls taste incredibly good and they're super quick. Put in a food processor the following ingredients, until everything sticks together.
• 200g dates
• 70g pistachios (+ extra 30g in very tiny parts for rolling the balls in the end)
• 30g cashew nuts
• 2 tsp pistachio butter or cashew butter
• 1 tsp matcha powder 
Form the balls, coat them in the shredded pistachio and store them in the fridge for at least one hour before eating them! Enjoy! .

Apricot-cashew raw balls with ginger
Theese are made of the unsulphured apricots... Ingredients:
(For 20 balls)
🍑 150 g unsweetened unsulphured or suplhured apricots
🍑 65 g natural cashew nuts
🍑 4-5 g peeled ginger
🍑 few drops of lemon juice
🍑 grated coconut, ground pistachios or sesame for coating

Method:
🍯 Soak the cashews for at least 3 hours. Cut the apricots and ginger into tiny pieces.
🍯 Rinse the cashews and chop them in a blender. Then add the apricots and ginger and a few drops of the juice and blend until almost smooth.
🍯 Make small balls, coat them in coconut, pistachios, sesame, or let them without coating. To cool, put them in the fridge, there store them too. They should stay fresh for about 5 days, but at our's they usually don't stay for that long😄.

Almond bliss balls👌

1 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of dates
2 tablespoons of cacao
2 tablespoons of coconut oil

To make: 
Add 150g dates, 75ml water, 200g LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond), 25g raw Cacao to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Roll teaspoons into balls and then in shredded coconut (if desired). Refrigerate to set. 🍫Apparently it's the international day of chocolate today... And yup, also #friyay! This calls for some yummy chocolate goodies, hey! For example these easy Hazelnut-choc-blissballs ✨🌰These are so simply, but definitely one of my favorites! Give them a try 😋

RECIPE:
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup hazelnut meal
1 cup oat flour
3 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp ground vanilla
Optional: pinch of sea salt
👉🏻Simply blend all ingredients in a food processor until you're left with a sticky dough-y consistency 🤗 roll into bite-sized balls and cover with whatever your heart desires - chopped nuts, melted chocolate, shredded coconuts, more cacao (that's what I did :))... and enjoy! 😋

25g naked (uncrystallised) ginger ⠀
¼ cup goji berries ⠀
½ cup almond meal ⠀
½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra to roll)⠀
½ cup sunflower seeds ⠀
1 lemon, zest ⠀
vanilla ⠀
salt ⠀

• Soak ginger and mango in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.⠀
• Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined.⠀

🔹Blend 1 C fiber one cereal until made into flour form
🔹Add 2 scoops of protein powder (I use vanilla vega - it's tasty and low carb) 🔹3/4 c Greek yogurt
🔹1/4 c almond milk
🔹2 Tbspn of fiber syrup
🔹4 Tbspn of pb2 🔹cinnamon 🔹chocolate chips (I used dairy free bc I ran out of Lily's) --> roll them into balls and pop into the freezer to chill for 40 min. When you eat them- they are so much better heated up! Highly recommend microwaving for 40 sec when you decide to have them!
