How to deal with your hair during and after a workout:
-put your hair in some form of plait; I find it allows my hair to breath more easily and the sweat dries quicker when there's a parting.
It also means it's out of your face.
-Use a heat protector spray/oil (I like argan oil) if you're going to blow dry or straighten it.
-Try not to wash it after every workout. I wash my hair 2/3 times a week. If I don't have time to wash it and it's really sweaty I'll turn the hair dryer on cold and dry the sweat (gross I know but hey I haven't usually got alot of time 😂).
-Use dry shampoo. I use the tropical @batiste_hair one and as well as putting it on after a sweaty workout I also do it at night (best time to do it trust me your hair will look so much better in the morning!).
If like me, you hate wearing your hair up but it looks a bit shit after a workout, try a half up/half down style which usually means having to straighten less hair (thusless heat damage).
-Do a coconut hair oil mask once a fortnight (cover hair in coconut oil and leave for a few hours/overnight) will need to be shampooed a few times after.
Cheltenham ladies I recommend @pittvillehair for getting a cut/colour. Ben is 👌🏼💣
