When I'm busy (which is basically ALL the time), my breakfasts are quick and sometimes nonexistent. One of my go-to breakfasts during the week is definitely smoothie bowls. They take minutes to prepare and I can pack a ton of nutrition into one bowl. I can't take credit for this one, which was enjoyed at @kupfertkim . ⠀

Waffle time! I don't usually have waffles because (a) they take a little time to prep/make and (b) I have to watch the carbs. So this is a small treat this holiday week.
It tastes as healthy as it looks 😁😫😐 I often try to recreate vegan friendly recipes from restaurants while at home. I find that although the recipe seems simple they're obviously putting tons of sugar, oil/fat, or salt to flavor the dish, because the taste is drastically different 😕. The granola I had this morning didn't taste anything like what I had a few weeks ago. It was quite bland. It's missing that sugary goodness 😣. If it wasn't for the fruits I wouldn't have finished it. And the worst part is the packaging described it as sweet with tons of dried fruits 🤥 smh.
Eating food is an experience for me. I was disappointed with the taste of my breakfast but I will try to incorporate granola as garnish instead.
I understand why some people look at vegan food as if it tastes like cardboard. A lot of the things that I've tried from online recipes have been hit-or-miss. Something different, than oatmeal for breakfast 😂
This is soy yogurt with berries, a banana, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs and some oats (can’t get enough of them 😂) In case, you don’t have enough time for breakfast, you can eat this super quick yogurt. It takes 2min to prepare and is so delicious 🙈
